Nous sommes une équipe de 6 scouts de france, agés actuellement de 18ans.
Nous recherchons une association humanitaire que nous pourrions aider durant l'été 2007.
Nous avons prévus de partir environ un mois, la majorité du temps passé avec l'association, puis un peu de tourisme pour visiter le pays, et faire des activités avec les scouts locaux.
Tout les 6 sommes très motivés a participer à un tel projet, s'ouvrir a une culture, découvrir un pays et ses habitants, et vivre des moments forts avec des jeunes d'autres pays.
Nous aimerions faire de l'animation auprés des jeunes, et nous pouvons aussi participer à des activités de construction/rénnovation de batiments ! Bien sur nous sommes ouvert à toutes les propositions.
Nous sommes plutot tentés par découvrir l'amérique du sud, on été en contact avec un orphelinat au chili mais nous n'avons plus de réponses. Nous recherchons donc un autre projet, en amérique du sud ou ailleurs !
J'ai déja un peu regarder ce que vous proposez comme projet dans ce forum, mais d'aprés les sites internet beaucoup recherchent des jeunes d'au moins 21 ans et disponible pour de longues périodes !

entre temps mes recherches ont pas mal avancés ce weekend, et j'ai eu beaucoup de réponses d'association que j'ai contactée. Les pluspart sont négatives (trop jeunes, reste pas assez lontemps, etc ...) mais on a quelques pistes bien solides !!
On est donc parti sur le pérou et ses pays voisins, c'est là bas qu'on a le plus de contact.
Merci donc pour cette proposition de projet en afrique mais cela ne sera pas faisable pour nous cet année. Je connais une équipe scoute qui cherche un projet en afrique donc je vais leur faire la pub de ce forum pour qu'il voit ça avec toi !!
disons qu'une equipe scoute fonctionne par 6personnes soudées qui se connaissent depuis longtemps, de maniere a etre les plus aptent a faire face à des situations dificiles lors des camps à l'étranger ! donc tu ne pourras pas venir avec nous dans notre équipe scoute dsl :)
mais je suis sur que tu peux trouver d'autres projets interessant dans ce forum avec des groupes de personnes ausis sympas que nous ! :D lol

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

After 8 months of volunteering in Tanzania at a center for street children, I’d like to go back for a year in the same kind of role—this time in Burkina. So I’m looking for contacts in this field, in Ouaga or elsewhere. I’m *super* motivated! It’s been over two years since I got back from Tanzania, and I’m starting to feel restless!

Solidafrica is a recognized humanitarian association of general interest. We donate wheelchairs in Africa. We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...
Help us give away at least one of these wheelchairs, turning your trip into a solidarity and humanitarian action.

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
