Je n'ai pas encore de logement. Je pense me mettre en colocation avec 2 amis.
Nous cherchons donc un appartement avec 2 chambres pour un budget d'environ 1200 euros par mois.
Esce une bonne d'idée d'aller directement sur place et de faire appel à une agence ?
Ya t-il des frais supplémentaires pour les locataires en espagne si l'on passe par agence ?
si non avez-vous des conseils sur une façon de procéder ?

je suis la maman d'une jeune fille qui a fait son année universitaire a GRENADE; alors ne t'affole pas part sur place ne prévoit rien a distance car les déceptions sont nombreuses; dans les villes universitaires tu as pleins d'annonces placardéees sur les lampadaires, dans les magasins, sur les pylones tu n'auras que l'ambarras du choix; ce sont souvent des particuliers alors pas de frais mais par contre les visiter absolument et tout regarder : la vaisselle, la distance par rapport a la fac, ; ma fille a fait confiance a son coloc avec qui elle était en ANGLETERRE et qui était espagnol; il a loué un appart qui vraiment laissait à désirer et ma fille qui était loin à accepté , et en cours d'année 3 semaines avant sa rentrée en france elle a changé d'appartavec une agence , mais pas de frais sauf une caution qu'elle a recupére de suite en espèces a son départ; par contre ce que tu peux faire par internet tu loue une auberge de jeunesse pour kk jours le temps que tu fasses tes visites; ma fille avait fait comme cela en ANGLETERRE et dans les jours qui ont suivi elle a trouvé une chambre U; des apparts il y en a à foison, ; je suis allée a GRENADE lui rendre visite et j'ai constaté les annonces tapissent les murs; alors bonne année universitaire tu verras l' ESPAGNE ce n'est que du bonheur; ma fille a bien profité des fiestas et tapas et encore je suis certaine de ne pas tout savoir, lol😉

pour compléter mon post ci dessus son appart de 4 chambres avec 2 salles de bains elle payait 800e a diviser par 4 puisque 4 colocs les loyers se pratiquent entre 600E et 800E ; donc le budget de 1200e est très large; mais les copines de ma fille avait un appart pour 600E de toute beauté; le sien était quand meme très sombre il fallait la lumière dans la cuisine a 11h du matin;alors prend ton temps afin de trouver l'endroit ou tu vas pouvoir réussir ton année;

Il vient d'être rénové et est entièrement aménagé. Etant étudiante également je sais que c'est bien galère de trouver un appart à l'étranger.

alors l'appart est pour 3 personnes - ou 2 personnes et un couple - 50 m2 avec 2 chambres et 1 sdb. Il vient d'etre renove. il est situe a Cuatro Caminos, donc c'est a 2 minutes du metro et assez central.
pour les conditions il y a un mois de caution a laisser. Maintenant ca depend si tu souhaites louer juste une chambre ou si tu as deja des collocs de prevu. evidemment le prix depend de cela, selon la chambre que tu souhaites.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
