j'ai essayer d'en bénéficier, mais a cause d'orange (delais de livraisons trop long) j'ai envoyé mon coupons le 1 novembre en espérant qu'il vont accepter !!!

je vais t annoncer une nouvelle qui va te rassurer: j'ai envoye mon dossier le 11 octobre et j ai rien recu, par contre ma copine cherie l a envoye le 25 vient de le recevoir hier samedi..... donc je suppose qu ils n ont pas traiter les dossiers au fur et a mesure....patience, et le bon de reservation va arriver!!!!!!
Je suis dans le même cas que toi j'ai répondu à l'opération samsung, j'ai renvoyé mon bon de réservation en recommandé et j'attend toujours la confirmation, j'espère juste que ce n'est pas une arnaque.
j'ai lu sur d'autre forum que les délais varie selon les dossiers, alors je me demande si ils font passer en priorité les bons de réservation pour les premiers mois à venir.
je reserve pour mi juin juillet, ce sont mes dates, tu as demandé plutôt?

Franchement, si tu arrive à les joindre c que tu es un chanceux, j'ai essayer mainte fois et ça me dit que tous le monde est ocupé et qu'il faut patienter, mais comme c'est un numéro spécial, ça coùte cher de patienter..

Hello, mon ami et moi avons envoyé nos bulletin en même temps, le 22 octobre. J'ai reçu chez moi le bulletin de reservation 4 semaines après (jour pour jour) mais lui n'a toujours rien reçu chez lui au bout de 5 semaines...
Si bcp de monde est dans ce cas, ils doivent avoir un peu de retard !

j ai appele directement samsung cet apres midi et apres plusieurs personnes au bout du fil, j ai eu la responsable commerciale de l operation ultras days, et elle m a confirme les retards dus a certains problèmes dans les dossiers. toutes les demandes sont acceptees, et tout le monde recevra son bon d ici quelques jours.
J ai garde son numero au cas ou ca merdouille!!!!!!!

j'ai reçu mon bon de réservation et j'ai respecté toutes les conditions. Ma première date est posé pour le 15 février et j'attends maintenant depuis plus de 4 semaines qu'on me contacte. Est-ce que c'est possible que tu me passes le numéro du responsable commerciale? Je voudrais tellement partir et c'est le seul moment où je vais pouvoir partir pendant les vacances de février.

alors, une fois que le bon de réservation est reçu et renvoyé, c'est la société TLC MARKETING qui prend le relais. Tu peux téléphoner à la hot line qui figure en petit caractère sur le bon de réservation. Si ils ont reçu ton bon et traité, tu pourras réservé avec eux par téléphone.
je n'ai pas le numéro sous les yeux (c'est un 0800....) mais si tu ne l'as pas noté je peux te le repasser.
Donc récapitulatif, tu appelles TLC marketing, et c'est avec eux que tu vas réserver ta date finale et payer tes taxes. Terminé pour Samsung à partir de la.

A propos de la hotline, j'ai essayé auparavant et sans résultat, car il ne décroche jamais et je suis passé par la hotline de Samsung et je me suis faché, et d'un seul coup on obtient ce qu'on veut, c'est bizarre....

En achetant une montre Louis Pion (d'un certain prix) aux Galeries Lafayettes, on me propose cette offre de TLC Marketing. Sceptique mais ayant tourné le papier dans tous les sens sans rien trouver de douteux, je tente le coup. J'y répond scrupuleusement envoyant tout ce qu'il faut. On me répond 3 mois plus tard qu'il manquait dans mon enveloppe deux pauvres timbres et que ma "demande est par conséquent invalide" et qu'il n'y a pas de "repêchage" possible. Mon mari (à qui j'avais offert cette super montre) s'est bien fichu de moi... avec TLC, c'est Toi Le Couillon!

Juste pour dire que certaines personnes dénigreront toujours, mais avant, il faudrait vérifier si elles ont bien respecté les dates de retour des courriers, recommandé ou pas, documents à joindre...
Nous concernant , nous avions reçu un mail nous confirmant la bonne réception de notre courrier, mais que les demandes ayant été très nombreuses, nous devions patienter un peu avant de recevoir une proposition.

Je suis désolée mais nous avons bien respecté toutes les conditions, et j'ai cependant reçu un courrier négatif pour cause que je n'avais pas respecté l'envoi sous 15 jours.
Heureusement que je suis scrupuleuse et que j'avais gardé l'enveloppe de reception de TLC MARKETING.
J'ai donc contacté la bijouterie Louis Pion qui ont été très bien car ils sont intervenus auprès de TLC MARKETING qui comme par magie a reconnu avoir fait une erreur mais depuis plus rien.
Ma bijouterie Lousi Pion m'a également confirmé qu'ils avaient eu des soucis de ce genre avec quelques clients et qu'ils ne savaient pas pourquoi.
Ils ne sont pas contents également de TLS MARKETING et avec mon dossier ches l'avocat ils pourront se retourner contre eux.
Donc j'ai mis mon dossier à l'avocat avec toutes les preuves pour publicité mensongère...

En tous les cas, je voulais quand meme montrer que ce ne sont pas que des bêtises , car pour nous, cela a bien fonctionné.
J'ai participé à l'opération Louis Pion Noël Destination Cadeaux gérée par TLC Marketing.
J'ai envoyé mon bon, puis ai reçu mon bon de réservation TLC qu'il fallait renvoyer avec les dates de voyages souhaitées par RAR, je l'ai envoyé en RAR le 20 décembre 2010, reçu et signé par TLC le 22 décembre 2010.
Il devait me répondre sous 1 mois.
Inquiet, j'appelle début février : "Oui, on est débordé, l'opération a connu un grand succès. Vous allez recevoir un mail..."
Je reçois début mars un mail me disant que vu le succès de l'opération, TLC avait pris du retard dans ses réponses et la gestion des bons de voyage.
Puis plus rien, j'appelle de nouveau le 24 mai 2011, soit plus de 5 mois après la réception de mon bon par TLC, on me dit (je résume) : "L'opération a eu du succès, on a du retard, mais vous allez recevoir un mail..." ; cette fois-ci je ne raccroche pas si vite et demande des explications et montre mon inquiétude et mes doutes quant au sérieux de leur offre "Oui, mais de toute manière y a plus de place pour les États-Unis, faudra choisir d'autres dates, vous allez recevoir un mail..." ; moi "Et donc c'est à moi de vous appeler plus de 5 mois après pour avoir une réponse, négative qui plus est ; je n'ose pas imaginé la situation pour les personnes ayant choisi des dates en avril ou mai... Mais quelle arnaque! C'est fou..." "Bah non mais on n'a pas de dates, vous allez recevoir un mail" "Oui, je devais le recevoir sous 1 mois pas sous 6 mois, et puis vous me parlez d'un futur incertain, la mail à mon avis, il n'arrivera jamais...", c'est alors qu'on me raccroche au nez.
Bref, TLC a fait preuve d'une arnaque, tout simplement, je ne trouve pas de forums où l'on parle de cette opération, mais des amis ayant participé eux-aussi à l'opération n'ont jamais reçu de réponse de TLC ou de quelconque billets d'avion.
Pour ma part, après avoir téléphoné et patienté de long mois, je les appelle ce matin et il me dise alors que je n'ai reçu aucun courrier car mon offre n'était pas valide car ECOUTEZ BIEN je n'ai pas répondu à leur courrier dans les quinze jours... je l'ai fait au bout de 23 jours.... Il me dise m'avoir envoyé un courrier qui a du se perdre..
J'ai bien envoyé les documents nécessaires (facture d'achat etc)...... puis j'ai recu un courrier de leur part 3 à 4 mois plus tard me demandant de renvoyer un document avec mes différents choix de destinations....Je les contacte par mail il y a 6 mois.... toujours rien....Je les appelle ce matin... et il me dise qu'à 5 jours près mon dossier n'est pas valide....
FRANCHEMENT TOSHIBA vous me verrez plus comme client alors que j'achête deux pc portables minimum par an... Bien joué TLC MARKETING... Vraiment bien joué...

TARIF DES TAXES : 122.33 EUROS pour un billet vers l'Espagne qui en vaut 126 € en allant sur le premier site !!!
Si on ajoute le prix de tous les timbres et enveloppes envoyés, leur billet "offert" coûte plus cher que le billet standard !!!
L'histoire...
1°) J'achète le PC, j'envoie toutes les preuves d'achat qu'il me demande :
le coupon rempli + une partie de l'emballage avec le code barre + le ticket de caisse + enveloppe réponse timbrée
2°) J'ai choisi deux destinations aux Etats-Unis et une en Europe car c'est obligatoire.
Pas de problème, c'est très probablement parce qu'ils ont un minimum de billets vers les US et tout le reste en Europe.
3°) Bref, j'ai suivi toutes les procédures en respectant tous leurs délais serrés au possible pour invalider un maximum de dossier !
Je reçois enfin la réponse... destination Espagne, OK... et en rouge, TARIF DES TAXES : 122.33 EUROS !!!
Je cherche sur internet la même chose et le premier site donne 126 € avec la liberté de choisir les dates, la compagnie, l'heure, ...
4°) Voilà comment TLC Marketing fait du marketing, en arnaquant les gens avec des publicités mensongères !!!
Certes on achète pas un produit uniquement pour l'offre, mais quand a le choix, l'offre peut aider à choisir bien que là ce soit une arnaque scandaleuse.
Ils sont rémunérés par Toshiba pour monter une arnaque qui fait vendre, voilà le travail de TLC Marketing !!!
D'ailleurs Bbrimbelle est sans doute là à poster sur le forum pour faire perdurer l'arnaque !

c'était en 2009 je crois, pour l'achat d'un PC Toshiba, on pouvait choisir 3 destinations aux USA ou en Europe, sans contrainte. J'ai évidemment pris Washington, Boston et New York. J'ai renvoyé le courrier dans les 15 jours, comme demandé.
J'ai donc eu 1 vol Paris/Londres/New York sur British Airways en ne payant que les taxes...
Et pour la petite histoire, British Airways m'a surclassé en Premium Economy et m'a donné les Miles prévus....
Par contre, cette année j'avais vu l'offre, mais avec l'obligation de demander une ville européenne, cela ne m'a pas sembler intéressant. Delà à parler d'arnaque, je n'irais pas jusqu'à là, mais tu es sous le coup de la déception...

Hello everyone! Really damaged due to flooding caused by runoff after forest fires (a total mess!), does anyone in this friendly forum have any updates on the Apache Trail between Apache Junction and Roosevelt Dam? Is there still a section of the road that’s tough to navigate?
We're leaving at the end of June and will be driving the route between Buffalo and Cody. We’ve already booked our accommodations and a rodeo in Cody, but during the day, we’ll be driving between the two and I’m unsure about the itinerary.
Which route do you think is the most pleasant, interesting, or scenic between:
- The northern route via Highway 14 with Sheridan, Lowell, etc.
- The southern route with Highways 16/20/14, passing by Loaf Mountain Overlook, Powder River Pass, Ten Sleep Canyon...
We’ll be in a car, so we should be able to drive on any road.

I’m almost done planning our September road trip. After our 3-night visit to Sequoia, we’ll have a stopover night in Coalinga (to break up the drive). We’ll be staying two nights in Monterey and would like to stop along the way to visit one side of Pinnacles National Park. We’re torn between the West entrance and the East entrance, and we’d like to do a short hike of no more than 2 hours since we don’t want to arrive too late in Monterey.
This park is split into two distinct zones with no connection between them, and the mileage from Coalinga to Monterey is pretty much the same for both. Which area do you recommend visiting—east or west? And which route is the most scenic?
I’ve spotted two short hikes:
- East: Moses Spring to Rim Trail Loop
- West: Balconies Cliffs Cave Loop
Has anyone been there, or do you have another hike to suggest?

After our first trip as a young couple to the West in 2007 (yes, that doesn’t make us any younger!), we’re planning to go back in 2028, but this time as a family of four! (We have two boys who’ll be 5½ and 13 years old in the summer of 2028.)
Our plan is to combine a few big cities (SF and LA, maybe San Diego) with national parks and state parks, mostly!
Ideally, we’d like to leave at the end of June and head back to France around July 19–20, so we can enjoy the first week of the Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
Since we already did the "loop" in 2007, there are must-see places we absolutely want to revisit—and especially share with our kids: Bryce Canyon, Yosemite, and above all, the Grand Canyon, which is still the most incredible thing I’ve ever seen on Earth!
On the other hand, some places didn’t leave a big impression on us for various reasons, so we’re not making them a priority: Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, for example.
We’re planning ahead, but might as well be smart about it😏
Do you have any tips for a fun and doable itinerary over about 20–25 days with kids, without rushing?

Just a quick question about King Canyon and Sequoia National Park.
Before our night in Miramonte, we plan to visit King Canyon. The next stop will be two nights in Three Rivers to explore Sequoia National Park. I wanted to go all the way to Roaring River Falls on the King Canyon Scenic Byway and then turn back to head to Miramonte. Since we’re coming from Oakhurst, Google Maps says it’s 300 km and 5 hours of driving. Since we also want to hike to see the sequoias (Big Stump Area and Grand Grove) before tackling the King Canyon Scenic Byway, the timing’s going to be tight. How far do you recommend going before turning back to miss as few points of interest as possible on the King Canyon Scenic Byway? Thanks for your advice, and have a great evening!

I’d like to travel along I-15N from San Diego to Las Vegas with my mom, who’s 67. We’ve explored Northern California and the California Coast over the past two years and now want to continue through the desert.
There are several attractions along the way:
- Mormon Rocks
- Desert Discovery Center and visit the Old Woman meteorite
- Joshua Tree National Park
- Mojave Desert
- Mojave National Preserve
- Anza-Borrego Desert State Park
- Silverwood Lake
My mom has back issues that prevent her from hiking or walking on trails with elevation changes. Is it possible to visit these places by car, or are the routes flat enough?
I’d love for her to experience the desert with an itinerary adapted to her condition. I’m also open to other points of interest that aren’t mentioned. We have 3-4 days for the trip, so we’re not in a rush—just want to explore.
I’d love to take a road trip and visit Nova Scotia. I’d appreciate some info on the best cities to see and the most interesting spots. The trip should last about 10 to 15 days, staying in hotels or motels. Thanks in advance!

Is it pretty easy to navigate Detroit Airport to catch the connecting flight to Grand Rapids (domestic flight)? There are several of them who speak English well.

We’d like to walk to Eagle Falls and then Eagle Lake. I’ve spotted two parking lots that seem close to each other and give access to the trailhead. Where and how do we pay for entry to Emerald Bay State Park and Inspiration Point?
**Viewpoints on the East Side:**
Are most of the viewpoints (Balancing Rock, Granite Cave, Bonsai Rock, etc.) right by the road, or do you have to hike to reach them?
**Donner Memorial State Park:**
Is it worth making a detour to Truckee to visit this park and the Truckee historic downtown?

I'm shocked by the price of the Upper Antelope Canyon tour—$175 for less than an hour… You might say, "if you can’t afford it…" But the real question is whether it’s really worth it, because $350 for two makes me feel like I’m getting ripped off. As you can see, we're heading back from September 6th to the 27th.

I’ve read there are trails to access the trailheads for Cinder Cone (11 km) and Warner Valley. Are these easy trails for an SUV?
Are there any other must-see spots or things we shouldn’t miss?

I’m a total USA addict. I’ve already done several road trips, including the East Coast and West Coast.
I’m here today because I’m planning to go back for another road trip on the West Coast. Possibly with one of my sisters and a couple of friends. It’s still just a plan for now, but I’m working on an itinerary in the meantime. Ideally, I’d leave in 2026, but I don’t have the exact dates yet—maybe April-May or September-October.
My last trip to the West Coast was in September 2014. We went for 2 weeks, but this time it’d be 3 weeks. What made me want to go back was simply a colleague who just left today. As I’m writing this, he’s on the plane. I’m so happy for him, but now all I can think about is going back.
Since I recently went to NY, I noticed that prices have really gone up. I assume the same is true for the West Coast? For 2 people over 3 weeks, what budget should I expect? We’re the type to watch our spending and find great tips.
I think we’ll arrive in San Francisco like the first time and leave from either Los Angeles or Las Vegas.

Travelers to the United States | Photo Now Mandatory Upon Entry and Exit | La Presse
I assume many of you already know, but the America the Beautiful annual pass, which was $80, will increase to $250 starting January 1, 2026.
So if you're planning to travel before the end of December 2026, it's in your best interest to buy your pass in December 2025, since it will still cost $80 and be valid until the end of December 2026 if you purchase it in December 2025.
This price increase only applies to non-U.S. residents.
Additionally, for those who planned to visit just one park, a $100 surcharge per person will apply to access a list of 11 national parks...
For example, if there are 4 of you in a car, you’ll have to pay $35 + $400,
which comes to $435 to visit one of the 11 parks on the list (I don’t have all of them... Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, etc.).
Total madness.
The goal is to push people who only visit one park into buying the annual pass.
Last point: free entry days are over for non-residents!

We just finished 9 days in the American West and wanted to share our experience because we had an amazing time.
I know some of you might ask, why use an agency? Honestly, we didn’t really feel like doing all the driving and planning, especially since we didn’t know the area at all. And since our English isn’t great, having French-speaking guides was a big comfort.
We found Emmanuelle and Isabelle, and wow, they were fantastic. It was just the two of us with them, so it was a truly VIP, ultra-personalized experience. The service was really personalized. They adapted to our pace and preferences, and we could stop whenever we wanted to take photos. It’s the luxury of being in a small private group—you’re not just a number on a big bus.
In short, we really felt like we were traveling with friends rather than professional guides. Everything’s included in the price (hotel pickup, meals, park entries, etc.), so the value for money is fair.
We loved it so much that we’re already planning to come back next year to explore other areas with them. I think we’ve caught the American West bug—it’s all we can think about, and we can’t wait to return.
