Avez vous une idée sur le budget mensuel en EURO d'un couple expat à Libreville (Nourriture, Eau et électricité, transport, téléphone, loisirs, loyer) ?
Est ce que les expat payent l'impôt et la CNSS aux autorités Gabonnaises ?
je vis à Libreville, je peux te donner quelques renseignements. En gros les loyers dans les bons quartiers sont excessivement chers. Les logements sont à partir de 762 € pour une habitation de 3 chambres. Il faut tomber à pique pour obtenir ce prix là car la demande est forte. Pour la nourriture, tout est importé donc cher. il faut compter en moyenne 381 € (250 000 FCFA) si on veut menger correctement dans le mois. Les bons restaurants sont à partir de 15€ le plat. Pour l'électricité et l'eau il faut compter 228 euros car il fait chaud, les logements par forcément bien ventilés, on utilise des climatiseurs. pour le transport il faut avoir un véhicule et payer l'essence. Personnellement pour me déplacer de mon domicile à mon lieu de travail 4 fois dans la journée, j'utilise 40 000 FCFA (152, 44€) d'essence par mois. idem pour le téléphone. la redevance téléphonique fixe a fortement baissé depuis un mois déjà. il faut compter oui 22, 86€ pour l'obtention d'une ligne de téléphone. Maintenant il y a les GSM là c'est selon les destinations d'appel. en gros 152, 44€ mensuels.
Il n'y a pas beaucoup de loisirs au Gabon, à part les plages gratuites tout est payant, pas beaucoup d'activités sportives il faut avoir son propre matériel si on veut faire du jet ski, du bateau etc... il faut compter à peu près 152, 44€ par mois sans trop abuser.
Voilà j'espère avoir avoir fourni les renseignements nécessaires, ah oui j'oubliais, oui on paye des impôts au Gabon, mais ils sont franchement dérisoires, la CNSS est obligatoire également pour tout employé du secteur privé exerçant sur le territoire.

ça dépend du type de voiture, en génral le 4x4 est le plus courant. neuf c'est à partir de 15 millions CFA ( 22 867 euros) sinon y il a les occasions des particuliers qui s'en vont. les petites voitures de tourisme, je connais pas trop car vraiment c'est pas drole, les routes sont à certains endroits défoncées... moi je ne m'y intéresse même pas.

ça dépends ce que tu entends par "aller dans la brousse"...Une promenade et bivouac en foret ? Dans un Parc ou réserve ? Vous ballader ici et là dans des villes, villages de brousse et logement dans un hotel? De plus il y a hotel et hotel ... Et dans quelle région ?
Je pense que si vous vous expliquez un peu mieux, des gens qui sont sur place là bas pourront vous répondre plus précisément...😉
Et bien, n'ayant jamais vécu en Afrique, je ne peux préciser beaucoup plus ..... disons une balade dans un parc ou une réserve pour voir des animaux et logement dans un hôtel confortable pendant 2 jours pour une famille ?
Je ne saurais te donner les tarifs actuels, tu peux contacter l'agence Eurafrique et Mistral Voyages qui sont deux agences sur Libreville qui font des week end, et que tu peux trouver sur le net avec leurs coordonnées. Pour les animaux il y a le Parc de la Lopé, Sette Cama-Gamba, Nyonié chez Betti, Evaro à Lambaréné, Léconi vers Franceville...Pour le confort je pense que ce sera le nécessaire.

Le problème est que je doit connaitre assez précisément le budget sur les 3 mois.

En gros le billet d'avion allé-retour va me couter 900 euros.
je prendrai surement un studio et je compte visiter pas mal de chose.
je compte manger un peu local un peu "européen".

Je pense dans les 600000cfa avec le loyer d'un petit logement tres simple(en ayant la chance de trouver son bonheur) et en faisant attention, et sans bouger des masses trop loin.
Je te conseille de manger local c'est très bon et moins cher. Il y a plein de petits restos maquis pour ça.
Auras tu un 4x4 à dispo ? Car pour les visites ce sera nécessaire . Sinon la pointe en face par la navette du port Mole ou de Michele Marine, Lambaréné en taxi ça le fait .... Les excursions par les agences locales ne sont pas données...
Oui si tu peux présicer quel est ton budget environ car tu peux aller de la case miteuse au palace ! 😉

merci pour la réponse ! 600 000 ca fait presque 1000 euro si je ne me trompe pas, ca serai largement dans mon budget. dison que jpourrai déboursé la bas max 4000 euros je pense. Il y aura le loyer, la nourriture et tout le reste dedans.
d'apres le site de lycée blaise pascale de Libreville qui donne pas mal d'infos sur le cout de la vie, un studio c entre dans les 200 000 par mois donc environ 1000 euro sur les 3 mois. Ca me dérange pas du tout de mangé local, au contraire mais je mange beaucoup 😛 ce reviendrai a combien de manger local sur 3mois ?
Pour finir je n'ai malheureusment pas de 4x4 ( peut etre peut on en louer un j'aurai exactement 2 ans de permis en avril 🙂) mais je ne compte pas allé loing : pointe denis, sainta clara et esterias, mont cristal, lambaréné, et peut un parc-réserve avec des éléphants, gorilles, ... si il y en a un a proximité.

Oui je pense que on doit pouvoir trouver des logements dans ces eaux là, en tous cas avant c'était possible.
Pour la location d'un 4x4 je ne connais pas les prix mais il te faudras de toute façon le permis gabonais à moins de prendre un chauffeur pour la ballade. Pour les parcs il y a la Lopé et celui de L'Ivindo(gorilles), ça fait une petite trotte... sinon je te conseille d'aller à Nyonié Chez Betty qui fait aussi en plus des ballades dans la brousse là bas, et tu auras peut etre la chance de croisé ce personnage! Il y a l'agence Eurafrique à LBV qui est pas mal, les tarifs je ne connais pas, par contre...
Enfin pour le budget par prudence vaut mieux voir large que serré.
