Alors voilà, l'un de mes amis français d'origine, vient de s'installer au Cameroun (à Douala), et est activement à la recherche d'un boulot dans ce domaine que ce soit à Yaoundé ou à Douala. Il a 40ans, plusieurs années d'expériences en qualité de Postier en France et peine à trouver un boulot à Douala malgré les nombreuses demandes d'emploi qu'il dépose depuis plus d'un mois déjà.
C'est pas qu'il soit pressé mais bon si je peux trouver sur ce site des expatriés français installés au Cameroun et qui puissent lui donner un coup de main dans sa recherche d'emploi, je vous serais vraiment reconnaissante.

Lysy Puisque votre ami est déjà sur place, il faut qu'il observe bien la vie, les besoins de gens, ce qui manque ou ce qui existe et qui paierait à être améliré, et surtout comment il peut accompagner un projet . Il y a bcp de chose à faire au Cameroun, à tous les niveaux de compétences, financières, etc...: comment il peut se servir des anciennes compétences dans un autre domaine, combien il dispose en argent et en temps car, il lui sera plus facile de se créer son emploi, plutôt que de compter en trouver un, dans les conditions qu'il souhaite...

Bonjour, Je suis entièrement d’accord avec la réponse de Mebem. Il y a beaucoup à faire au Cameroun. C’est préférable de créer sa société que de chercher du travail dans un domaine (postier) qui est une perte de temps.
Ouai d'autant que les loi sur l'immigration au Cameroun ont aussi évolué donc si tu a un RC ou une patente on peut t'accorder une carte de séjour sous certaines conditions, sinon un contrat de travail signer par le ministre nouveauté ce contrat a été établi depuis la France et tu ne viens pas avec un visa touristique.. Ne demande pas a popol pourquoi mais plutot a sarko iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. Sauf que t'est retraité ou marié a une Camerounaise depuis 2 ans mini et oui !! sinon Ghislain je crois que cette personne n'a encore rien compris faut arrêter les rêves qui deviendront vite un cauchemar

J’ai connu et je connais des expatriés qui galèrent au Cameroun ! Cette personne en sera une autre de plus si elle s’acharne à chercher un emploi de postier. Je ne connais pas ses qualifications ni son domaine de compétence, mais elle est mieux de s’orienter dans un autre secteur d’activité ou bien de rentrer avant qu’il ne soit trop tard. Je ne dis pas ça pour être méchant ou le décourager mais pour lui faire comprendre les réalités du pays.
Tu vois, certains m'ont traitée de dure. J'accepte. Mais, je suis réaliste. La preuve, ton ami a trouvé du travail à l'ambassade de France au Cameroun. L'ambassade de France est une représentation de l'Etat français et non camerounais.
