Je suis un jeune homme de 22 ans qui est Quebecois. Je suis presentement en irlande et je ne trippe vraiment pas a mon gout ici. Puisque jai toujours eu le gout de faire de laide humanitaire en afrique, je me dis que cest le moment ideal. Jenseigne le karate depuis 6 ans et je me considere comme tres bon pedagogue. jai aussi etudier en intervention en delinquance. Jadore aussi vraiment les enfants. Je pourrais partir dans un mois dans pas mal nimporte quellle region dafrique qui est moindrement securitaire. je nai pas peur de grand chose et jadore les defis.

moi je mapelle lamine et je suis president d'une petite association humanitaire basée au sénégal et nous cherchons des bénévoles dans les domaines suivants : educatiopn, santé et environnement alors si tu vois que y'a un domaine qui t'intérésse tu es le bienvenu au sein de notre association.
pour léducation on donne des cours de renforcement au eleves qui sont en classe dexamen et aussi si c'est possible nous demandons au bénévole d'apporter des fournitures scolaires pour les motiver.
pour la santé, on acceuille des personnes qui désirent sensibiliser, soigner et assisiter et là aussi on demande à ces personnes si elle peuvent nous apporter des médicaments car on a monter une mutuelle de santé pour aider les plus deminus.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
