J'ai reçu hier ma convocation au concours pour la formation de coordo de projets à Bioforce, je reste surprise je ne pensais pas que mon dossier serait retenu, j'ai seulement 1 an d'expérience en Volontariat de Solidarité Internationale au Mexique et 4 ans en tant qu'éducatrice spécialisée en France avant ça. Bref.. Le concours est dans un mois, bon déjà je ne suis pas sûre d'être super à l'aise dans toutes les épreuves, j'ai lu des posts qui datent d'il y a 5 ans par rapport au contenu du concours, est-ce que quelqu'un a des infos plus récentes, je veux dire si les épreuves ont changé ou non ? J'ai cru comprendre qu'il y a énormément de personnes qui postulent à cette formation, docn que la sélection est de plus en plus rude ?
Toute aide/conseil/recommandation/témoignage sera le bienvenu ! Et d'ici là je vais me remettre à la méthodo de note de synthèse, lire des trucs sur le management car j'ai pas trop d'expérience à ce niveau-là, et l'utilisation d'Excel^^ (si l'épreuve informatique est toujours d'actualité??), et peut-être aussi m'exercer à marcher sur une poutre à 6m de hauteur !

La convocation reste très mystérieuse sur le contenu des épreuves, surtout l’épreuve écrite sur le management. Les épreuves ont l'air de n'être plus les mêmes qu'il y a quelques années. Donc si tu as des infos ou quelqu’un d'autres je suis preneur ! Merci.
pareil, inscrit pour les epreuves CPSI de la semaine prochaine. Concernant les epreuves physiques, regarde le formulaire du certificat medical à faire remplir: "Jeux collectifs : pratique d’un jeu de ballon en salle pendant 20 minutes. Diverses épreuves collectives nécessitant une autonomie de mouvement de 15 minutes maximum par épreuve." le niveau requis a l'air de bien avoir baissé par rapport à il y a quelques années, quand il y avait poutre à 6m, natation, etc ! par contre j'ai pas d'info sur la mysterieuse "'épreuve écrite sur le management". J'ai appelé pour essayer d'en savoir un peu plus, ils n'ont rien voulu me dire!

Salut Chakula, merci pour ta réponse ! J'ai vu le certificat médical mais je me demandais juste s'il y avait d'autres épreuves un peu plus "hard" que des jeux co avec un ballon.. En tout cas tant mieux si le niveau d'exigences a baissé depuis qques années ! On verra sur place !
je n'ai pas téléphoné à Bioforce car je suis à l'étranger depuis quelques temps, mais je me demandais aussi si les épreuves physiques durent toute la matinée ? As-tu des infos là-dessus? C'est juste une question pratique car l'après-midi j'enchaine avec les autres épreuves (il me semble que certains candidats passent les épreuves sur deux jours différents et d'autres non), donc je voulais savoir s'il y a par exemple 1h ou 2 de battement entre le matin et l'aprem.. histoire m'organiser..

Alors l'épreuve sur le management on a eu droit à un QCM sur différents thèmes: Ressources humaines, comptabilité, gestion financière si je me souviens bien, y'a des questions plutôt logiques et d'autres où il faut avoir des connaissances en la matière.
Concernant les épreuves sportives c'était très fatigant mais sympa au niveau de l'ambiance, pas de grosses performances demandées car l'évaluation est ciblée sur le comportement, l'esprit d'équipe, la prise d'initiatives, l'implication dans les épreuves (jeux de relais, partie de foot et basket aves des règles inhabituelles etc.). En gros il s'agit juste de voir si les candidats sont capables d'aller jusqu'au bout d'une épreuve, gérer une situation d'urgence, s'adapter en cas d'imprévus, s'ils se positionnent en tant que leader ou pas.. Voilà c'était pas bien sorcier en fin de compte !

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
