Je voudrais donc avoir des renseignements de la part de personnes proprétaire en Angleterre ou désirant l'être.
A savoir si les prix d'achats sont abordables, quelles sont les villes les + accessibles financièrement, au niveau des taxes, est-ce comme en France ?

la réalité est beaucoup plus intéressante que ses rêves....
C'est le terrain dont tu n'es pas propriétaire quand tu achetes en leasehold. Bien s'assurer de la durée du lease. S'il a plus de 99 ans, c'est bon, mais s'il n'a plus que 10 ou 5 ans, ça rend la propriété beaucoup moins chère, charge à l'acheteur de renouveller le lease à expiration et là ça peut faire mal. Ceci est surtout à Londres. Sinon, rechercher un bien en freehold. Ne pas oublier en G-B que si tu veux acheter, l'important c'est "location, puis location, et location !" autrement dit l'emplacement. Ca change énormément la donne sur la plus value en cas de revente.
Le marche de l'immobilier est en baisse en Angleterre, c'est vrai, mais vu qu'il s'est a peu pres multiplie par 3 durant les dernieres dix annees, ca reste quand meme tres cher.
A Londres, pour acheter un appart deux chambres en zone 3, tu regardes autour de 150000 a 200000 livres sterling.
De plus, il te faudra verser une caution consequente, probablement aux alentours de 25 % du prix d'achat, et terzio, je pense que ca va etre assez difficile d'obtenir un emprunt pour acheter un bien immobilier en Angleterre si tu resides en France.

Sois aussi conscient du fait que si tu achetes un appart, il sera probablement en leasehold (ton bail peut durer jusqu'a 99 ans), si tu achetes une maison, ce sera en freehold (tu es proprietaire du terrain et des murs).

Je sais que je suis encore jeune et que l'Angleterre c'est très chers. Mais je commence a chercher pour acheter en Angleterre plus tard, mais ils y a une chausse que je ne comprend pas... Tu n'as pas compris ce que j'ai explique.
La plupart des appartements se vendent en leasehold. C'est a dire que tu achetes l'appartement pour une duree bien definie (par exemple 99ans). Tu n'es pas proprietaire du terrain. Au bout de ces 99 ans, la propriete revient au proprietaire du terrain.
Si tu achetes une maison (deja construite egalement), tu achetes generalement un Freehold, c'est a dire que tu es proprietaire des murs et du terrain.
Presque personne n'achete de terrain pour faire construire ensuite ! Je connais plus d'une centaine de personnes proprietaires sur Londres et personne n'a fait construire pour la simple raison qu'il n'y a pas de terrain a acheter.
Generalement, ce sont des entreprises qui achetent un terrain, construisent maisons et appartements et les revendent ensuite aux particuliers.
Comme je l'ai dit precedement, pour un appart a Londres (zone 3), compte sur a peu pres £150,000 livres et pour une maison, vers les £200,000.
Franchement, au rythme ou vont les choses, il est de plus en plus difficile pour un first time buyer (personne achetant un bien immobilier pour la premiere fois) d'arriver a acheter un appart ou une maison, car les banques demandent maintenant un apport de 15 a 20% et cela fait beaucoup d'argent.

Si tu veux investir dans l’immobilier en Angleterre, soit surtout très prudent dans la façon dont tu finances ton projet, c’est toujours très particulier de trouver un crédit à l’étranger et les banques françaises ou anglaises sont souvent frileuses et du coup les taux sont souvent exagérément élevés. Le mieux c’est encore de passer par un intermédiaire spécialisé dans ce genre de financement qui puisse négocier des taux correct. Pour l’Angleterre il y a celui là par exemple :
