moi je veux seulement vous dire que je suis allée à Londres l'été dernier et que je me suis inscrite a LONDONJOB, c 'est un truc qui NE MARCHE PAS..😠. la seule chose qu 'il veulent c'est t'enlever de l'argent, ils disent qu'ils vont te trouver du travail mais c'est pas de grande aide, souvent les choses qu 'il te proposent c'est des rendez vous ratés, ou des postes impossibles. A l'entretiens que tu as au début avec eux il te disent que ce sera facil de trouver, qu'ils vont t'aider, ils disent qu'il faut mentir dire qu'on va rester une année sur LOndres alors que ce n'est que deux moi....Le pire c'est que ça coute cher et il te demande de les appeler TOUS Les jours le matin pour leurs dire qu on veut un entretien... il faut les rappeler l'apres midi pour enfin savoir ou est l'entretien puis apres l'entretien il faut les réappeler..... si on ne le fais pas.... on ne sera plus prioritaire pour les enployes.... En plus Londres est tres cher..alors gaspilller tout son argent en faisant des appels et sans travail.. cest pas génial.
Donc mon conseil c est de ne pas rentrer dans ce genre de truc, malheureusement ya pleins de gens qui tombent dans le piège....
sur place cest plus facil de voir où les gens cherchent des employeurs puis il y a les JOBCENTER qui sont gratuit, où il y a pleins d'annonce et c est tres bien.
Ici c'est une ancienne fille au pair qui te parle. J'ai vécu à Londres pendant 17 mois, dont 6 comme fille au pair dans 2 familles différentes. J'ai eu la chance d'être en rapport avec de très bons organismes, mais par contre, je n'ai pas eu de bol côté familles. En revanche, pour ce qui est de chercher un boulot sur place, c'est clair qu'il n'y a rien de tel que du porte à porte. En quelques heures tu peux trouver quelque chose. Surtout dans l'hôtellerie, la restauration, les pubs, etc. Et quel que soit ton niveau d'Anglais tu peux trouver quelque chose. Tu peux même être hébergée par l'employeur. Bref, il y a plein de possibilités.
Mais revenons-en au job de fille au pair, puisque c'est ce qui t'intéresse en premier lieu. Tu dois pouvoir trouver quelque chose pour 2 mois, mais ils recherchent plus souvent pour des périodes plus longues... Cela dit ! Ca se fait quand-même. Je te conseille la formule demi-pair : moins de ménage, plus de temps libre. Et pour ce qui est des rencontres, alors là, si tu n'en fais pas à Londres, je ne sais pas où tu en feras ! Si tu es "easy going" d'esprit, tu verras que les gens viennent à toi facilement ! 😉
Pour ce qui est de l'adresse des 2 organismes par lesquels je suis passée... heu, je ne les ai malheureusement plus en tête. En revanche, j'ai sous les yeux une adresse :

Il faut avoir entre 17 et 27ans et être célibataire (!). Demande-leur un formulaire, après quoi il te faudra leur fournir un certificat médical, 2 références, des photos d'identité, une lettre qui sera adressée à la famille d'accueil, ... Ca parraît ennuyeux, mais c'est juste de la paperasse, et ça va vite. Mais dépêche-toi parce que généralement les offres fusent plus en septembre et en Janvier, tandis que la demande ne cesse jamais d'arriver...
Je te souhaite bonne chance et plein de bonnes choses. Tu verras, tu vas bien t'amuser ! 😉 Et c'est effectivement idéal pour améliorer son anglais : avec les enfants qui eux aussi sont encore dans la phase d'apprentissage de leur langue, c'est génial !😛

Par ton expérience (malencontreuse 😕), ça me le confirme! Et puis si je ne trouve vraiment rien avnt de partir, j'irais à l'arrache. Je connais qq personnes qui l'ont fait et ça a bien marché!
