Bonjour ou Bonsoir a tous! Pas beaucoup d'informations sur cet hotel réputé et prestigieux de Riviera Maya, malgré les rechhherches que j'ai faites sur Vogage Forum! Qui y est allé récemment... ou moins récemment et peut nous en parler? En le comparant a d'autres hotels mexicains et en situant les points forts et moins forts de l'hotel? Les questions habituelles, quoi! Nourriture, service, plage, clientèle, animation, etc etc. Nous y serons. Dans un mois a peine🙂
Bon voyage, cet hôtel semble superbe. Allez vous pouvoir nous faire un résumé à votre retour car c'est vrai qu'il n'y pas beaucoup de résumé sur cette hôtel. merci

Nous revenons justement du RH Playacar et nous ne sommes pas satisfait (4 mai au 8 mai 2012) nous avions réservé pour 9 jours et après 4 nous étions au bout de notre patience et nous avons demandé de changé d'hôtel (Air Canada) qui nous ont acquiessé a notre demande et avons choisi le Secret Capri pour terminé notre séjour.Revenons au Rh Playacar je vais énumérer les quelques mésaventures qui nous sont arrivés, la nourriture qui n'est pas de qualité égale soit sans saveur sois pas cuit a notre goût, le service aussi est a 50% aussi très bien que pourri (attendre 30 minutes sans revoir le serveur pour commander notre dessert, pas servir de vin a ma femme quand il vient remplir mon verre, le vin maison qui est bien mais qui faut faire attention (mouche a l'intérieur) , les gens du Lobby qui ne font pas le message comme quoi notre representant ne viendra pas (accident) et qui nous ont fait poirauter 3 heures dans le lobby a l'attendre avant d'utiliser le téléphone du lobby pour le rappeler et il nous a dit qu'il avait laissé le message au gens du lobby.Lors de notre check out le lobby man nous a facturé un montant de 45 pesos pour avoir utiliser le téléphone, somme qui nous a été remboursé par Air Canada (plainte a AC) lors de notre départ.L'animation pas grand chose a se mettre en ambiance Duo en musique non en harmonie , on dirait une pratique.Les restos a la carte mets beaucoup d'emphase pour nous vendre du vin a la carte ($$$). Le seul buffet que vous avez est celui du déjeuner alors vous pouvez varié, les diner sont au Deck ou bien Le Spice toujours le même menu pour moi c'est comme allé au Macdonald pendant une semaine tu sais plus quoi mangé.Cet Hôtel se décrie comme reposant mais vous êtes situé entre 2 gros hôtels qui sont assez animé les après-midi et les soirs. Si vous y allé pour dormir tous les jours peut-être que ce sera pour vous mais pour nous une animation bien dosé, c'est bien meilleure.En tous cas ce n'était pour nous et pour d'autres personnes se sera bien tout dépends ce que nous recherchons.Le point positif que je retiens est les 2 filles qui nous recevaient tous les matins qui ont été adorables et serviables. Bonsoir et merci pour vos observations et désolé que vous n'ayez pas aimé le RH! Un peu surpris par contre parce que si les commentaires ne sont pas nombreux ici, c'est tout a l'opposé sur l'autre site, Tripadvisor, où une forte majorité de vacanciers donnent une excellente note à cet hôtel. En fait, sur les 20 derniers résumés en date de ce soir, 17 accordent la meilleure note, 5 sur 5 deux autres donnent quatre et un trois. Vous n'avez pas apprécié la nourriture, mais les commentaires des autres voyageurs à ce chapître sont en général excellents, ils parlent d'un des points forts de l'hôtel! Les goûts ne se discutent pas, comme on dit.😉
Il est certain par ailleurs, comme je le comprends, que cet hôtel n'est pas un tout compris comme les autres; le RH semble plutôt être du type hôtel boutique, sans flafla, pas d'animation bruyante aux abords de la piscine par exemple (le style américain!), il n'y a pas de bar-piscine non plus, donc il ne doit pas y avoir beaucoup de gens qui commencent à boire dès 9 ou 10 h 00, le matin, et ca, ca ne nous déplait pas. Effectivement, nous recherchons plus le repos et la détente, alors en autant que la plage est belle aussi et qu'on aime la nourriture, ca ira!

I’d like to book an all-inclusive trip next April. My criteria: 1) no sargassum, 2) 4 stars or higher, 3) ability to snorkel right from the hotel beach, and 4) safe.

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). I’m not necessarily aiming for the cheapest resort, but since it’s spring break week and everything’s already pricier, 5-star options are probably out of the question. Thanks!

We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
