Nous sommes une petite association Canadienne, basée à montreal, ACTION AIDE AFRIQUE (NEQ 1160858321), et nous comptons mettre sur pied dans les mois qui viennent, un projet de santé publique au Cameroun. Rappelons que, à cause de la pauvreté et de l'absence d'assurance maladie, 3 personnes sur 4, a recours à l'informel, pour résoudre ses problèmes de santé... Des milliers de personnes décèdent chaque jour, de maladies évitables, 1 dollar par malade par exemple serait suffisant pour sauver la plupart des gens qui meurent à cause paludisme!!! SOIGNER DES PERSONNES ET LEUR DONNER 30 ou 60 JOURS, AFIN QU’ELLES RAPPORTENT 1 DOLLAR AU DISPENSAIRE OU A LA PHARMACIE voila qui pourrait sauver de nombreuses vies... Il s'agit en effet de permettre aux personnes défavorisées en générale, aux femmes et enfants en particulier d'avoir accès aux soins et aux médicaments, en leur permettant plusieurs jours de délais de règlements (30? 60?) des frais de santé, à travers des cercles de caution( associations, tontines...). Nous travaillerons donc en partenariat avec des structures de santé locales, (dispensaires et pharmacies), afin qu elles rendent possible ce nouveau concept. Nous évaluerons et garantirons par des moyens très modestes, l'accès de ces populations vulnérables aux traitements. De très nombreuses vertus portent ce projet... promotion du générique, informations de santé publique, lutte contre le VIH/SIDA... Nous sommes déjà en contact avec plusieurs structures locales intéressées, et nous lançons un appel a tous ceux qui voudront se joindre a nous, que tu soies professionnel de la sante ou non, sur le terrain ou a distance... Tant de gens veulent agir et ne savent pas comment.... et la tache est immense...

Mon investissement personnel me pousse aujourd'hui à envisager de m' inscrire comme bénévole ou volontaire au sein d'une action humanitaire en Asie (et ceci aprés mure réflexion).
En effet, désireuse, depuis de nombreuses années, de travailler dans le cadre de l'aide aux personnes, j'ai effectué (en 2003) une formation qui m'a permis d'obtenir un emploi en tant que Formatrice en Insertion aux Restos du Coeur de ma ville.
j ai été, parrallélement à ce poste, bénévole au Centre d'Hébergement d'Urgence de nuit pour s.d.f de cette même association, durant plusieurs mois.
J ai également travaillé avec des enfants dans le cadre d'un accompagnement scolaire et médiation enfant/parents/enseignants.
Aujourd'hui, sans emploi (fin de contrat) et très disponible, je désire profondément m' investir dans un groupe humanitaire à l'étranger.
Mon extrême motivation, mon sens de l'écoute et de la pédagogie, mais aussi ma capacité d'adaptation, ma patience et le goût du contact humain et de la communication sont des atouts que vous pourrez apprécier. Ancienne secrétaire j ai également la faculté de m'occuper de travaux administratifs et j' ai de trés bonnes connaissances en informatique.
Je suis préte à étudier toute proposition de mission.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
