Bonjour a tous ! je suis franco malgache et j'ai passé plus de trente ans en Europe et dans d'autres îles ; j'ai l'intention de monter une affaire de restauration dans mon pays et je suis à la recherche d'un investisseur prêt à tenter de s'installer ici . je précise que j'ai les deux cultures et je pratique les deux langues ; de plus , j'ai la double nationalité ce qui facilite beaucoup de choses ici . j'ai une expérience de 30 ans dans le domaine de la restauration et l'hôtellerie comme chef de cuisine puis gérant de village vacances et également dans le monde associatif et culturel . j'ai de bonnes idées et je recherche donc quelqu'un capable d'investir et de s'investir dans ce secteur .pas de doute que la situation actuelle du pays n'est pas réjouissante mais l'est elle en Europe ? ça me fait plaisir que tu envisage de changer de vie ; mais attention ne fonce pas tête baissée : ne vends pas tout tout de suite ou alors laisse cet argent bloqué en France parce que tu ne dois pas oublier que tu es français avant tout ! et si tu n'as jamais travaillé en Afrique sache que tu arrives dans une autre dimension ! ici on a une vie beaucoup plus nonchalante !
je sais que c'est ce que tu recherches ; alors ça tu l'auras ici et mieux que ça encore ! moi je te propose devenir faire un petit tour pour voir ; viens passer quinze jours avec moi et je te ferais découvrir la réalité de ce pays extraordinaire !
je veux pas te faire flipper mais juste tempérer tes ardeurs ; je sais ce que tu ressens car j'ai connu la même sensation quand je suis tombé au chômage en France (un peu voulu d'ailleurs ) ras le bol de cette vie de dingue etc.
avec mes projets si tu as les fonds on peut avoir une très belle vie ici ; moi je paye à Tananarive 280 € de loyer pour une villa à étage comportant 3 chambres , un salon , 2 wc salle d'eau et un garage + une dépendance pour mon gardien que je paye très bien 125 000 ariary soit 2 fois le smic local soit 50 € . alors tu vois les conditions ne sont pas les mêmes qu'en France ; le tout c'est de pouvoir s'adapter . donc si tu veux prends une quinzaine en Août et viens ici ! il te faut environ 1000 à 1500 € pour visiter et découvrir et ramener des souvenirs . et comme ça tu seras convaincu ou pas et j'aurais peut être un associé ! mon but c'est de bien vivre les prochaines années sans souci matériel et si en même temps on peut faire unpeu d'humanitaire utile ce sera le top mais il faut que tu vois pour comprendre mon projet .

au fait j'ai un projet dans ma région pour faire du cidre toi qui connait le métier ça peut aider : on jette 1000 tonnes de pommes chaque année faute d'acheteurs ! et tous les gens dans ce coin là c'est ma famille ou des gens ayant travaillé pour ma famille dans le temps ; le maire est même mon cousin germain ce qui facilite les choses : d'après mes calculs , l'investissement serait de 5000 € pour démarrer l'affaire artisanale bien sûr !

faire croire qu'avec un investissement de 5000 euros on peut monter un business à Mada est pour le moins une plaisanterie....qu'est-ce que tu peux faire avec moins de 20millions ariary? perso, comme vazaha resident, je deconseille tous investisseurs potentiels l'association avec un gasy...s'il peut faire seul, la loi lui permet.mais le minimum à prevoir est 20000euros...quand à penser à percer le domaine des alcools, c'est encore plus complexe.
les tribunaux regorgent d'affaire où le vazaha, bonne poire, est rentré dans ces combines!

1) 5000 € chacun ça fait déjà 10 000 € parce que j'existe aussi !
2) faire croire que l'on peut devenir millionnaire n'est pas mon but !
3) il y a beaucoup plus de gasy en tôle que de vazaha ! ça se saurait sinon ! bien souvent les gasy se font entrainer dans des aventures rocambolesques par des vazaha rêveurs ou sans scrupules que je nomme investisseurs SAKADO !
4) 10000 € = 25 000 000 ariary ce qui représente près de 450 smic local ; en France 450 fois le smic c'est 450000 € !
5) pour terminer il s'agit ici de proposer à des gens qui en ont ras le bol de la vie en Europe de changer de vie en se la coulant douce sans plus ! et de surcroit rien ne dit que l'on ne peut pas réinvestir plus tard si l'affaire est rentable !
6 ) j'ai un ami vazaha qui a investi 10000 € dans un studio d'enregistrement à Tana (bien connu ) et ça fait dix ans qu'il existe et qu'il progresse !
donc pour conclure je te dirais une simple chose :
prends une feuille de papier et fais un point noir au milieu ; tu fais partie des 98 % de gens qui ne verront que le point noir mais jamais ne te viendra àl'idée que la feuille blanche existe aussi !

Envisager de changer de vie, pourquoi pas, mais il est quand même prudent de savoir où on va mettre les pieds.
Madagascar est un Pays merveilleux, la population est charmante dans sa grande majorité, pour autant il ne faut pas croire qu’il est possible de monter une affaire avec quelques milliers d’euros et réussir du jour au lendemain à vivre de son travail.
Cette formule n’est bonne que pour un jeune retraité qui perçoit des revenus de l’extérieur.
Deux séjours de trois mois me semblent déjà un préalable indispensable, pour savoir où on va s’installer, se renseigner et ouvrir un compte bancaire.
Reste ensuite à obtenir un visa et je ne vois que celui d’investisseur, il faut que le projet soit accepté et les fonds suffisants.
Eviter une association est sûrement une bonne chose.
En France les conditions d’installations sont clairement définies, à Madagascar il n’en est pas de même et il faut penser que tout se paye et parfois cher, même si tout se fait avec un large sourire.
Il me semble bon de ne pas trop idéaliser ou de confondre Madagascar avec un Eldorado.
J’ai vu assez de vazaha rentrer en France sans un rond et avec l’aide financière de leur famille.
