Je suis français et je suis tomber amoureux d'une brésilienne de 19 ans, je vais aller la voir le mois prochain, on parle déjà de mariage mais sa mère lui a dit qu'elle ne pouvait quitter le brésil avant 21 ans et qu'elle voulait qu'elle finisse d'abord ses études à l'université au Brésil. L'âge légal du mariage au Brésil est bien de 18 ans?
Elle veut venir vivre en France avec moi, donc on ferait mieux de se marier en France je pense, mais ma question c'est, peut-elle obtenir les papiers nécessaires à 19 ans? (passeport, certificat de naissance, etc...)
Autre question plus délicate, j'irai parler à sa mère mais pour l'instant elle est plutôt contre... donc ma question c'est est-ce qu'elle peut obtenir les papiers (certificat de naissance, etc...) sans le consentement ses parents? car elle a besoin je pense de leurs dates et lieux de naissances, mais bon, elle est majeure...
Elle m'a parlé plusieurs de fois de fuir pour venir me rejoindre en France mais moi je veux que les choses soit faites légalement...
Est-ce que si on réussi à se marier alors après elle pourrait vivre avec moi en France si elle a 19 ans?

A partir du moment ou elle est majeure (18 ans au Brésil et pas 21 ans), elle peut obtenir tous les papiers qu'elle veut ou qu'elle a besoin pour établir son passeport, sa carte d'identité, acte de naissance etc......
En ce qui vous concerne, le mariage pourra avoir lieu en France, sans accord des parents, par contre il faudra que celui-ci se fasse en situation de séjour régulière, c'est à dire, que le mariage s'effectue pendant les 3 premiers mois de son séjour en France qui lui sera autorisé comme tout Brésilien lorsqu'elle viendra vous voir. Si ce mariage ne peut se faire dans ces 3 mois de séjour légal par manque de temps ou de délai, il faudra qu'elle dépose à alors, avant de venir en France, une demande de visa pour long séjour (6 mois) en vue de mariage auprès d'une ambassade de France au Brésil....
une fois le visa obtenu, elle pourra venir en France pour faire les formalités de mariage en toute tranquillité sans être bousculée par le temps....
Une fois le mariage réalisé, que ce soit pendant les 3 mois de séjour sans visa ou pendant le séjour avec visa (6mois)...à l'échéance de l'un ou l'autre séjour elle devra rentrer au Brésil, et de nouveau déposer auprès d'une ambassade de France une nouvelle demande de visa cette fois ci de rapprochement familial..
Je vous mets en garde sur un point, l'age de la future mariée, 19 ans !!! ne vous emballez pas aussi vite pour parler mariage, le mariage est quelque chose d'important qu'il ne faut pas prendre à la légère.....on ne se marie pas sur un coup de foudre mais après longuement réfléchi🤪 et les Brésiliennes poussent souvent dans se sens pour ensuite divorcer quelques mois ou années plus tard, c'est une façon pour elles aussi de sortir de leurs conditions de vie..(j'ai plusieurs témoignages de mariage, fini au bout de 2 ans....)

Sinon, j'ai une dernière question, peut-elle s'inscrire en premier cycle universitaire (DEUG) aprés l'obtention du test TCF-DAP ou bien doit-elle avoir une license au Brésil obligatoirement avant? En gros, est-ce qu'avec l'obtention de son bac au brésil elle pourra commencer un cursus unuiversitaire en France ou pas?

elle pourra aller en université en France, à condition que son inscription soit acceptée, et cela dépendra de l'université et de son dossier qu'elle déposera + obtention d'un visa d'étudiant au préalable, car son diplôme brésilien n'aura aucune valeur en France, il n'y a pas de reconnaissance en France des diplômes brésiliens, donc il faut en principe obligatoirement posséder un Bac Français pour entrer en université..
Les étudiants brésiliens qui sont en universités Françaises, sont dans le cadre d'échanges universitaires et en principe viennent que pour une année
...ensuite la maitrise du Français est obligatoire pour suivre des cours ici
la premiere année, le visa delivré sert de carte de resident et ensuite on leur delivre une vraie carte.
Ceci est recent mais avant tu obtenais une carte des ton arrivée pour certaines avec une validité de 1an qui etait transformés en 10ans
Donc a son arrivée en france, elle ne sera pas touriste

on tiendra compte si il y a une adequation entre son "bac" et la fac dans laquelle elle veut etudier. Pour exemple, avoir un bac litteraire et demander une inscription en fac de maths ca ne va pas marcher (cé pareil pour une personne qui a son bac en france).
Si en ayant un bac litteraire il n y a pas de probleme a s'inscrire dans une fac de langue
La vraie difficulté, pareil pour une personne ayant son bac en france, cé de pouvoir s'inscrire dans la fac (dauphine, jussieu a paris par exemple) de son choix car certaines fac sont tres recherchés
Tu a parfaitement compris le deal 🤪..... si tu veux qu'elle vienne en France et de façon permanente, première option....le mariage, puis ensuite les formalités pour l'obtention d'une carte de séjour provisoire d'un an, qui serait suivi d'une seconde pour 10 ans......
autrement, 2eme solution, elle demande un visa d'étudiant auprès d'un consulat de France au Brésil, à condition qu'une université Française l'accepte comme étudiante au vu de ces diplômes acquis et que cela rentre dans le cadre de son parcours, et on lui demandera ce document lors du dépôt de dossier.....si ce n'est pas le cas , pas la peine d'insister...
3eme solution, elle vient en touriste pour une période de 3 mois, après elle devra repartir pour 6 mois en dehors d' Europe avant de pouvoir revenir....
