comme vous avez pu le voir dans mon précédent message, je viens vivre au Maroc à partir de septembre 2009 avec mon mari, mes deux fils, ainsi que ma mère, ma sœur et mon beau frère.....avec deux gros projet d'entreprise ( pas des riads !) qui devrait pouvoir faire travailler et vivre tout le monde au bout de 18 à 24 mois seulement.
du coup je suis en train, de préparer un prévisionnel avec nos charges mensuelles pour voir si on peut tenir le coup en auto financement jusqu'à ce k l'on ai des rentrées d'argent, par contre je fais appel à vous pour le prix de certaines charges et d'éventuel oubli de ma part. école pour l'ainé en maternelle :1800e/annéebudget trajet pour 4 en bus par mois à raison de carte à ticket à 0.25e, 3 à 4 trajets par jour par personne: 250 e (olalalala! ca fait beaucoup!!!!) abonnement internet +téléphone: 40 euros
bon pour ce qui est du budget alimentaire je pense prendre sur la même base qu'ici en arrondissant en dessous, je vois bien en ce qui concerne les loyers. mais il me manque:abonnement électricité pour le logement, avec une moyenne de consommation pour une maison avec 5 chambre.idem pour l'eauune idée pour l'assuarnce logementassurance scolaritésalaire pour une employé pour la maison et les enfants

La plupart des postes de dépenses "maison" sont équivalents à la France.

Seul le poste "nourriture" est plus léger, quoique, certains ne s'approvisionnant qu'à Marjane, ils dépensent plus.
Marrakech devenant cher, le différentiel n'est pas mirobolant !
Un poste, qui, lui, n'est pas mesquin et dont il faut tenir compte, est la protection sociale !!
Le seul poste ou on gagne un peu, c'est les loisirs, vu qu'il n'y a pas d'offre !

Oui, mais ce qui coute chère ce sont les appels internationnaux, moi j'avais SKYPE qui permet d'avoir des communication gratuite si le correspondant à aussi SKYPE, sinon c'est quand même 10 fois moins chère.

L'alimentation, en alternant, le commerce local (fruits, légumes, ..) et Marjane ou Acima, compte en moitié de la FRance.
Les loyers ça dépend d'où tu vas (quartier), cela (5 ch) peut aller de 800€ à 2000€ +- 200€ pour un européen.
Mon loyer à coté de victor hugo était de 800€ mais devait passer à 1500€ au changement !!!

Tout comme la réciprocité est de mise pour ceux qui viennent en France.
Ayant vécu 1 an à Marrakech, je peux vous donner des indications d'après mes factures. Le m3 d'eau est à 4 dh et le kw/h est à 1, 20 dh, ensuite tout dépend de votre consommation habituelle.
Si vous fonctionnez au tout électrique, alors la facture sera salée (climatiseurs). Je préconise l'utilisation de bouteilles de gaz pour la cuisinière et le chauffage (l'hiver compter au moins 1 bouteille à 40 dh la recharge par semaine).
Concernant le bus de ville, il existe une sorte de pass (25 dh à l'achat) qui vous donne droit à une réduction sur le trajet : un trajet unique coûte 3, 50 dh, avec la carte vous ne payez que 2, 80 dh le trajet. Soit vous achetez 1 pass par personne, soit vous voyagez en même temps, cela fait 4 trajets à 2, 80 dh x 4 personnes = 1344 dh/mois, soit au change à 11 = 122 euros.
Je n'ai jamais payé d'assurance pour le logement depuis que je vis en Afrique depuis près de 10 ans.
Voilà mon témoignage, si vous voulez des renseignements plus précis (hors scolarité), n'hésitez pas.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
