Ici nous avons une gentille communauté française et une fois intégrés, que l'on vive en résidence privée ou bien dans la ville suivant les quartiers, nous ne nous sentons pas isolés.
Si tu es fixé sur Agadir, je n'irais pas plus loin, car je ne connais que de passage, par contre si tu as besoin d'en savoir un peu plus sur la vie de retraité au Maroc je peux t'en parler

nous pensons partir en octobre 2011 et nous cherchons une location pour 6 mois au moins (avec 2 animaux!) vers agadir..peux tu nous aider dans ce sens et nous parler un peu de la vie là bas (nous connaissons bien l'afrique ! pour y avoir habité de nombreuses années- mais trés peu le maroc!)

Tout simple, si tu veux vivre (matériellement) mieux qu'en France , il faut plus de fric.
Un peu d'économies sur le chauffage (et encore , faut compenser les fuites et manque d'isolation), un peu sur les tomates, et surtout sur le "culturel" ou tu ne subiras aucune tentation.
Je ne sais pas si vous avez réalisé votre projet ...cette réponse servira peut être à quelqu'un d'autre :)
Mes parents l'ont fait l'hiver dernier, ils ont loué une villa à Dyar Shemsi, c'est un village pour les séniors mais il y a des gens de toutes les tranches d'ages, de plusieurs nationalité, il y a même des marocains actifs qui ont acheté des villas là bas.
il y a une navette qui se rend tous les jours à Agadir.
ils ont lié très facilement connaissance avec d'autres personnes vivant sur place. Ils ont beaucoup aimé cette expérience et songent sérieusement à investir en achetant une villa dans le village.
oui nous avons réalisé notre projet, nous sommes à Agadir depuis début octobre!
tu parles de Dyar Shemsi, c'est en allant sur Taroudant (environ 40 km) et la location est vraiment trés chère !!!mais chacun son budget...
tout va bien pour nous, nous avons fait connaissance avec des couples qui vivent ici à l'année ou qui ne viennent que quelques mois l'hiver, nous avons décidé de nous installer et avons demandé la carte de résident !
Nous avons visité le dar Shemzi, également, mais nous semble bien isolé !

nous rentrons en France chaque été car nous devons nous occuper de notre maison (pelouse, arbre, aération....) et revoir les amis qui ne pourront malheureusement pas venir au Maroc...

Bonjour, nous allons être en retraite dans 3 ans et c'est ce que nous comptons faire, nous avons loué depuis un an un appartement à Agadir où nous passons toutes nos vacances "vivement la retraite", mais comment cela se passe-t-il au niveau de la sécurité sociale, lorsque l'on fait plusieurs allers-retours dans l'année et comment avoir une voiture car je crois qu'il faut être résident et si l'on est résident plus de CPAM, nous avons un peu de mal à gérer le tout. Bonjour, nous avons pris notre première location , il y a maintenant 4 ans, nous étions en appartement et depuis 2 ans nous sommes passé à la location villa à Charaf, toujours en non meublé car nous avons fait venir une partie de nos meubles de France. L'autre déménagement sera à notre retraite en 2015.
Nous avions pris par agence immo particuliers services mais cette agence est fermée maintenant et nous avons directement à faire avec le propriétaire. Les loyers dépendent des quartiers, des surfaces et meuvlé ou non meublé.

Bonsoir, nous avions un bel appartement à Islane aussi avec vue sur mer mais pas meublé , nous nous sommes fait tellement vite à Agadir que nous avons pris une maison. Nous venons à Agadir du 14 Aout au 15 septembre (avec notre voiture cette fois-ci) . C'est toujours un plaisir d'arriver à Agadir venant des Pays de Loire cela nous change de température.... nous habitons à Islane aussi , et nous avons un super appartement meublé avec un grand balcon et un parking sous-terrain , nous n'avons pas de vis à vis et vue sur la mer et sur Oufella ....quand il n'y a pas de brume !!!
nous sommes résidents et avons acheté un "Duster" à Agadir , des rencontres , des amis avec lesquels nous partons souvent pour plusieurs jours sur les pistes ou simplement dans des petits coins sympa pour aller partager un picnique !

Comme beaucoup , j'ai le projet de passer ma retraite au Maroc et plus précisément dans la région d' Agadir . Je ne trouve pas "islane" sur google (à part l'hôtel à Marrakech ) .Serait-ce une bourgade à côté d'Agadir , plus abordable , plus tranquille et moins touristique pour laquelle j'aurais des préférences ...Merci de vos réponses , cordialement

c'est à environ 4,5 km du centre et trés facile d'accés , si vous n'avez pas de voiture il y a énormément de taxis... beaucoup de gens pensent que "c'est loin" mais loin de quoi ??
