nous sommes un jeune couple de 25 et 26 ans avec notre fille de deux ans
arriver au maroc depuis un mois et demi
nous nous sommes installer a essaouira le premier mois mais le climat et surtout le vent
nous ont pousser jusqu'a agadir.
la vie est tres agreable ici mais pour rester il faut qu'on trouve du travaille.
et la ça se complique!!!
pour ma part je suis masseuse hydrotherapeute et j'ai deja commencer a prospecter mais en vain
mon ami est commerciale et il ne trouve rien non plus .
si vous avez des infos pour nous aider elles seront les bienvenues et nous vous remercions d'avance
pour s'installer avec thunes plein les poches, ca peut etre agréable. mais trouver du travail au maroc, la c'est une autre affaire. y'a bcp bcp de chomage partout au maroc, meme pour des jeunes bourrés de diplomes. si tu lis la presse marocaine t'en aura une idée.
et même si vous trouvez du travail, vous savez que pour des profils similaires à ceux que t'as cité c'est pas plus de 2.000 dh comme salaire. un appartement moyennement correct dans un quartier moyen pour ne pas dire populaire a agadir, faut compter pour un loyer minimum de 4.000 dh. ca fait deux salaires, ... mais on peut vivre d'amour et d'eau douce (arf c'est payant aussi l'eau douce) 😕.
c'est pas pour vous décourager, mais faut savoir a quoi s'attendre. de tte facon bonne chance

1 - Je paye moins dans un quartier " correct " pour ne pas dire " bourgeois " pour un F3 " très correct "de 90 m2 ...charges comprises...
2 - C'est vrai que la location d'appartement, c'est comme la vente des tapis... ça dépend de la gueule du client.. Comme, étant européens, tu es supposé avoir des
" thunes plein les poches ", tu risques effectivement de voir le loyer augmenter très sensiblement.. Envois d'abord un pote marocain pour connaitre le " juste prix " ...
3 - Quand à l'amour et l'eau fraîche, l'amour te couteras bien plus cher car, pour un pays manquant cruellement d'eau, son prix est ridiculement bas ( je paye environ 10 EUROS par TRIMESTRE ... )
Difficile effectivement de trouver un travail salarié au Maroc, surtout quand on ne parle pas arabe, ce qui ferme déjà les portes de pas mal de boulots "normaux", restent alors essentiellement les emplois dirigés vers les étrangers et les touristes, qui morflent pas mal en ce moment (environ 20% de chute d'activité sur Marrakech par exemple).
sur Rabat Casa vous auriez peut etre plus de chance de trouver, aller au consulat voir les offres d'emploi ou faire les vacations ;
le hic sans contrat de travail vous pouvez pas rester au Maroc ;
sinon faite votre propre affaire de quoi je sais pas, je sais que la bouffe sa marche tres bien, maintenant un petit salon de massage a Rabat sa peut marcher meme a domicile faut ce faire une clientèle dans les beau quartier ;
ya moins de chômage dans le nord aussi 😉

et vue sur mer (elle est loin mais comme même!!!)
On se doute bien que c'est plus cher que ce que ça coûte mais on ne pouvez pas se permettre de rester a hôtel
si on arrive a rester on cherchera moins cher.
pour le boulot on se douter bien que ça n'allais pas êtres simple
pensez vous que se soit risquer de faire du black pour mes massages ?

Pour les loyer il y a de tout, une villa au dessus de charaf c'est 5 à 600 euro si tu sais négocier, alors une appartement à 400 euro ........ mois il y a quelques années je payais 600 euro une villa avec jardin à la cité suisse, mais certains voisins payaient 900 euro pour la même chose.
Pour le travail ............. bonne chance ! de toute façon, dans une ville avec plus de 40% de chômeurs il ne faut pas se faire d'illusion, j'en reviens, dur dur

car casablanca est le poumon du maroc et qui offre le plus d opportunitee

une villa à 500 ou 600 euros !!! j'aimerais voir ca et même je suis preneur sur le champs. a tanger, ville pas touristique, y'a pas moins de 800 euros pour un pti appart de trois pièces dans un bon quartier.
pour ce qui est du travail au blak, je vous assure que tout fonctionne au noir au maroc et les fraudes aux impots c'est la règle.
seulement, il reste a préciser que le projet de massage c'est tres mal vu actuellement au maroc. c'est tres nouveau comme métier et son apparition relève plutout de la prostitution déguisée. alors ca risque de se voir confronté aux flics... et bnjr les problèmes.
l'ideal, c'est de monter un petit projet (fast food, cyber-café, ...) et la ca demande un investissement plus ou moins important. l'essentiel devra être affecté pour trouver un local, surtout qu'il soit bien situé.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
