Ayant comme projet de créer mon activité de maintenance informatique et réseau à Casablanca, j'aurais besoin d'avis.
J'ai quinze ans d'expérience dans le domaine sur de grands comptes en France, j'ai même créer cette activité ( je me déplace à domicile pour les particuliers, les pmi, et associations).
Malgré des recherches sur internet, j'ai du mal à trouver les prix pratiqués à l'heure à Casa entre autre.
J'attends vos avis ou conseils.
La maintenance informatique à domicile à Casablanca est un projet à oublier, ça ne se paye pas à l’heure mais c’est à 10 ou 20€ pour une après-midi, avec toutes tes charges.
A Casablanca et au Maroc généralement, tout le monde utilise des logiciels piratés et la casse d’ordinateurs est disponible à des prix imaginaires (presque gratuits) et les grandes structures font appel à des sociétés de maintenance.
T’auras juste quelques clients particuliers, qui ont déjà leurs informaticiens qui les payent à deux fois rien.
Cela ne m’étonne pas trop ... c'est pour cela que je vais voir pour faire comme en France, avec une activité salariée et ma "petite activité perso" à coté .
Peut être que ma femme aura plus d’opportunités dans son secteur.
Si Tu comptes venir de France pour bosser en maintenance informatique à domicile, t’auras des surprises, surtout que tu ne parles pas l’arabe et tu ne connais pas le pays.
Pense à une activité qui te permettra de gagner ta vie, celle la te permettra pas de prendre un café.
Un tour au Maroc t’apportera plus d’informations

J’ai de la famille (Franco -une cousine- Marocaine -son mari -) qui vit à Casa depuis plus de 30 ans.
Mon souhait est plus d'avoir une meilleure qualité de vie là-bas, mais pas un niveau de vie supérieur.
Je sais qu'il faut que je gagne environ la même chose là bas qu'en France (et même plus pour compenser la protection sociale, les frais scolaires etc. ..
c'est ton choix, trouver un client par semaine à 30€ au meilleur des cas , c'est un bon projet.
pour apprendre la langue t'as besoin d'annèes pas de mois, et d'ici t'apprend la langue et tu comprend la mentalitée et le mode de vie , de quoi tu va manger et payer ton loyer.
La langue (et le mode de vie que je connais un peu) je ne pense pas l’apprendre en 1 mois, ce sera au contact des gens, avec l’aide de la famille que j’ai la bas, et peut être des cours ( ?)
Pour job à mon compte, ce ne sera qu’en plus (je m’en doutais un peu, c’est comme en France !), c’est pour cela que je cherche un boulot salarié en parallèle et que je vais à la pêche aux informations (les tiennes confirment ce que je pensais)

Je ne vais pas me lancer à l’aveuglette, trouver un emploi la –bas à partir de France est surement aussi simple pour moi, car je ne pense pas que ce soit plus facile de trouver un emploi au Maroc qu’en France…
En fait notre souhait est de déplacer la famille au Maroc, ma femme relançant son activité à Casa, moi la mienne ( ?) en plus d’un job fixe, le tout avec une meilleure qualité de vie (…) vivre simplement. Même si au cela peut être dur pendant quelque temps.
si tu cherches un emploi hormis ton domaine d'activité cela risque d'etre difficile a moins que tu as des competences que tu peux vendre facilement au maroc.
Et pou avoir une vie materielle "acceptable" il est necessaire d'avoir un salaire local en consequence surtout si tu as des enfants.
En fait, la vie au maroc est bcp plus difficile qu'en france financierement parlant
Le Maroc parle le dialècte Marocain ce n'est pas l'arabe classique et on trouve ni ècole de Marocain ni ècole d'Arabe classique à Casablanca.
sans un CDI tu ne pourras pas avoir une carte de sèjour et tu seras obligé de sortir du Maroc chaque 90 jours, et tu seras touriste tout court.
un emploi technicien en informatique ? assez de Marocains en chaumage et acceptent moins de 300€ / mois pour un poste pareil et tu trouvera pas un contrat ètranger pour un poste informaticien sauf chef de projet informatique dans une multinationale donc bac+10 et 20 d'expèrience en France.
le Maroc est le pays de l'offshoring informatique pour l'europe et surtout la france, t'essai de faire courant inverse , tu peux rien faire.
Tu peux ouvrir une boutique informatique, une sté de developpement informatique oui, salarié je pense pas .

Un contrat local est hors de question (cf salaire Dell ...) ... Mais je peux espérer plus qu'un emploi de technicien maintenance info en salarié. Mon expérience chez IBM, Cap Gemini, Swisscom, Netapp et autres pourra m'aider ( on peut l'espérer ...). Technicien informatique c'est ma formation de base. J'ai été formateur chez Orange (Transpac), détaché en Suisse pour superviser les Techniciens de Swisscom ... la micro informatique c'est un peu la voie de la facilité.
Je pensais qu'ouvrir une boutique informatique était un peu risqué.
Je reviendrai surement vers toi pour d'autres conseils ( pour l'activité de ma femme également).
Pour te lancer dans l informatique au Maroc tu doit y avoir des competences tres pointu
sur tout en soft programation particulierement
et on réseaux
il y as du travail c est pas ca qui manque pour ce secteur

pas de conseil directement lié à l'informatique , par contre j'ai une expérience en tant que créateur d'entreprise.Attention, il est tres difficile d'avoir les informations fiscales par exemple, il y a maintenant un centre de formailités pour l'ouverture des entreprises mais l'information n'est que partielle.il faut avoir un cabinet comptable en beton, et il y a pas mal de corruption.
La première chose à faire à mon avis est de prendre contact avec la mission économique française de Casablanca qui pourra te donner pas mal d'informations.Prudence avec la chambre de commerce.IL faut une tres bonne motivation car c'est le parcours du combattant pour les pme pmi.

Ici, tu peux apprendre le Marocain, mais ne te voile pas la face, tu ne seras JAMAIS un Marocain...
Pour info, à moins que tu aies une connaissance extrêmement pointue, des gens comme toi se comptent à la pelle et sont payés env 300€/mois. Avec ceci, un Marocain survit (grâce à la famille, un niveau de vie peu élevé, pas de loisirs, ...), un Européen ne résiste pas longtemps avant de repartir...
Ici, dans l'ensemble, on n'achète pas la qualité ni le service, on achète un prix...
Attention à ne pas mélanger le Maroc touristique et le Maroc pour s'y établir et vivre...🙂

Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
