Bonjour, je souhaite partir vivre et travailler à Casablanca ou sa région. Je connais les difficultés potentielles et suis prête à les assumer. Ce que je recherche ce sont des gens qui auraient des noms ou des adresses pour du travail dans l'administration ou les labos pharmaceutiques. Je suis assistante administrative mais j'ai été aussi assistante de recherche clinique dans le domaine du Sida. Mon handicap c'est que je ne parle pas marocain mais j'ai des notions d'arabe. Merci d'avance à tous ceux qui pourront me renseigner et m'aider.
Si tu n'es pas marocaine, il se peut que , vu le nombre de marocains et marocains diplomés, recherchant du boulot, l'Anapec, n'apprécie pas ta candidature.
Cela dit , il n'éxiste qu'une solution pour trouver , venir sur place et fouiller ! les miracles éxistent!
Parler le dialecte aurait été un plus.
Savoir faire et servir le thé , aussi... pour une "assistante" !😉😉
Plusieurs laboratoires pharmaceutiques recherchent des commerciaux de nationalité française.
la procèdure de recrutement passe par un contrat ètranger dèposé au ministère de l'emploi à rabat après un commun accord entre toi et l'employeur, sous le cadre d'un contrat local marocain pour un ètranger.
une fois l'autorisation reçue, l'employeur passe à ton enregistrement à la caisse nationale de sècurité sociale CNSS, et tu pourra commencer ton travail.
Sur casablanca, on trouve plus de 15 laboratoires phramaceutiques, la majoritèe sont des multinationalesn pfizer, roche & autre.
y'a aussi des labos marocains avec les mêmes critères que les autres labos.
tu pourra commencer à les contacter par une petite recherche sur : www.telecontact.ma
une fois on t'invite à un entretien, on pourra discuter des autres points en dètails.

le logement sur casablanca est disponible, meublé ou sans meubles, on prefere un ètranger parfois qu'un marocain.
reste , à combien ??? oui c'est cher dans des beaux quartiers. pour ne pas rechercher un appart à distance, tu dois venir & chercher sur place.
les salaires au maroc sont plus bas qu'en europe, mais on retrouve des europèens avec des salaires de minitres, des avantages de logement de voiture & le reste.
ce n'est pas pour tout le monde mais tout se nègocie selon votre profil & votre contrat ( local ou expatrièe ) .....
pour avoir un emploi de la france, tu fais une recherche sur internet, si tu cherche à être expatrièe :
tu met maroc, et tu cherche les offres disponibles au maroc & t'envoi ta candidature.

ou va sur google et met cabinet de recrutement au maroc, et tu postule à travers les cabinets de recrutement ou directement chez les labos.
si t'es française, un passeport suffit pour venir au maroc, t'as 90 jours.
tu viens tu signe ton contrat après tes entretiens, c'est ton employeur qui se charge de toutes les procèdures administratives.
une fois on te remet un contrat signé & visé du ministère de l'emploi tu demande une carte d'immatriculation ( carte de sèjour ) auprès du commissariat de police et tu reçois un recipissé.
je te conseille vivement de partir une semaine voir la ville de tes propores yeux, si ça va te plaire ou non, visiter les zones industrielles.

El jadida est une ville côtière au sud de casablanca, une heure de route de casa en voiture ou en train.
C'est une belle ville tu va l'aimer, pense à visiter sidi bouzid qui n'est pas loin d'el jadida.
Femme seule ou accompagnée ne pose aucun problème au maroc.
Au cas de besoin, n'hèsite pas à venir demander, tu seras la bienvenue.

par expèrience, on est 9 ingènieurs dans une boite dont 4 sont français.
je ne vois pas ce quie vient faire l'anapec ici, c'est l'agence de promotion de l'emploi, son seul rôle aujourd'hui est de trouver des contrats d'insertion à des diplômès de litterature & leur trouver des compagnies qui acceptent de leur intergrer en offrant à la sté 50% du smic et l'employeur paye 50% du smic exonèrès de tout impots. sur une durèe de 18 mois.
tout emploi passe directement entre le demandeur et le recruteur, ni un marocain ni un ètranger ne doit passer par l'anpec.
c'est surtout les demandeurs de contrats anapec qui s'interessent , ça s'appel un stage d'insertion de 18 mois.
juste pour information, plusieurs sociètès au maroc, cherchent encore des ètrangers, on retrouve des romanais surtout en maintenance industrielle, des cadres français même dans des sociètès purement marocaines , sans parler des multinationales ou la prèsence d'employès de la maison mère est indispensable.
d'ailleurs, une simple visite des unitès de production & de leur direction vous fera remarquer cela.
pkoi tu veut venir bosser dans un pays ou la base gagne méme pas 200€? les loyer a casa c comme a Bordeau ou a Nice en plus casa c hyper pollué et sale. Par contre pour le sida ya du taf avec tt les fille tarifiées mais la plupart ne se protégent pas et s'en remette a dieu qui les sauvegardent! pas de secu obligée de payer la CFE voila bonne chance et dis toi que dés que tu vas descendre de l'avion tu auras plein de gens pétri de bonne volonté pour t'aider un conseil cache tes euros ils en sont friands!

Je suis sure que tu as raison sur tout mais je suis sure aussi qu'il n'y a pas que du mauvais et je suis sure d'être mieux là bas même avec 300€ qu'en France avec 1000€. En fait je ne supporte plus de vivre en France, je ne peux retourner en Algérie pour plein de raisons et la Tunisie est certes un beau pays mais le niveau de vie est pire qu'au Maroc et qu'en Algérie. faut parler arabe pour faire du commercial au Maroc, aucun deleguè medical n'est ètranger, ça de un.
les deleguès mèdicaux doivent avoir une voiture de moins 5ans ( personnelle ), ils sont payès moins de 400€/mois et ont 3 semaines dans leur ville et une semaine ailleurs ( dèplacement non rèmunéré ), on te paye 1.20 dh/km.
ajoute à ça que tu dois avoir un contrat ètranger pour pouvoir avoir une carte de sèjour au maroc et t'es sans expèrience, ta chance est de 1/10000 pour trouver un labo qui te prend.
reste en france ou cherche un pays en euorpe, c'est mon conseil.
