Je suis allée au Barcelo maya beach en avril dernier. C'est un endroit magnifique. La végétation a une grande importance sur ce site. La nourriture est excellente et le site est propre, autant les chambres que tout le reste.
La plage est assez grande et il y a des chaises pour tout le monde et plus...
Quand je dis que la plage est assez grande, c'est relatif... Je reconnais que pour les grands marcheurs, elle est assez petite. C'est une plage privée et il n'y a pas moyen de marcher au delà. Au sud, il y a un canal et je sais qu'il a moyen de passer par là, mais un homme surveille l'accès et empêche les gens d'y passer. Au nord, il y a de gros récifs, impossible de passer. Une petite balade sur Google hearth t'en donnerais un apreçu. De plus, il y a des plaques de coraux et tu n'a pas besoin d'aller loin dans l'eau pour mettre les pieds dessus, c'est un petit peu désagréable. Si c'était à refaire, je m'apporterais des souliers d'eau.
C'est vrai que c'est un grand hotel mais peu importe où tu te situera, te ne sera jamais bien loin. Tu sera environ de à 2 à 4 minutes de la plage. Mais dit toi que le petit sentier pour s'y rendre est d'une beauté remarquable.
Il y a 5 pavillons côte à côte et tu peux passer au travers à divers endroits. C'est grand, mais on n'a pas l'impression de marcher tant que ça. De toute façon, si tu es loin de la plage, tu sera près du lobby et du buffet...et vice versa.

Concernant la plongée en apnée, tu peux aller près du quai, j'y ai vu de gros poisson mais l'eau n'était pas très claire. Les plus beaux poissons, je les ai vu à XEL-HA. J'ai passée la journée dans l'eau, j'en suis sortie toute ratatinée! Il y a des gens qui ont vu des raies, mais ce n'est pas mon cas. Si tu as le goût d'aller voir de ce côté là, n'achète surtout pas le forfait de l'hôtel! Tu n'a qu'a prendre le colectivo pour seulement 2$ et acheter ton entrée à destination.

je voudrais aller a XEL-HA sans passer par l hotel . est ce que la station de collectivos est loin de l hotel et combien de temps faut il pour se rendre au parc ?
Il n'y a pas de station proprement dite pour prendre le collectivo, sauf à Playa Del Carmen et fort probablement à Tulum. Entre ces deux points, tu n'a qu'à sortir du site et attendre sur le bord du chemin, ils vont arrêter sans même que tu leur fasse signe. Ils passent environ aux 5 minutes et moins. Ce sont des minibus blanc avec le logo "collectivo", certains minibus n'ont pas ce logo mais ils sont blanc quand même.
XEL-HA est situé à environ 5-10 minutes du Barcelo, direction Tulum. Dans ce cas, tu dois attendre le collectivo de l'autre côté de la route. Tu ne peux pas le manquer, il y a une grosse pancarte indicative. De plus, tu dis au chauffeur où tu te rend et il arrêtera au bon endroit. Lorsque tu débarquera du minibus, il te restera environ 10 minutes de marche pour te rendre jusqu'à l'entrée du XEL-HA.

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
