Contexte

La Confédération ne peut prélever des impôts qu'à titre subsidiaire, soit dans les limites prévues par la Constitution. La compétence constitutionnelle tire sa légitimité directement du peuple et d'une majorité des cantons. Par conséquent, les compétences fiscales de la Confédération sont limitées. Par le passé, la Confédération a généralement dû faire plusieurs tentatives pour reprendre des compétences fiscales des cantons. Aujourd'hui encore, la Confédération n'a qu'une compétence limitée dans le temps pour prélever l'impôt fédéral direct et la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée, qui représentent ensemble 60 % de ses recettes. Cette compétence doit être à chaque fois reconduite par le peuple et les cantons. Le souverain s'est prononcé pour la dernière fois sur la question en 2004. Le nouveau régime financier est applicable jusqu'en 2020.

Il y a un post récent ou un francais, aussi dans le domaine de l'informatique, s'inquiétait de savoir s'il arriverait a vivre avec un peu plus de 4000 SFr. brut par mois a Lausanne, alors avec presque le double a Bienne ca devrait le faire sauf si vous gagnez deja plus en France, après faut voir avec les assurances, le logement, le cout de la vie sur place etc... 😉

Ouais rien d' hallucinant, pour un poste qualifié dans le domaine horloger c'est un salaire tout à fait standard. C'était juste un peu de provoc de ma part 😉 mais les dernières statistiques du chomage en Suisse font part d'une baisse de ce dernier qui est passé de 3.4% à 3.1% en un mois et celui de Genève, comme en moyenne nationale, a baissé de 0,3 point même s'il reste le canton le plus touché avec un taux de chômage de 6,3%, de même que dans les cantons de Vaud, du Valais et de Fribourg. De toute facon comment croire un hypocrite spécialiste du dumping salarial qui emploie justement en majorité des frontaliers? " Faites ce que je dis mais surtout pas ce que je fais" 😛

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
