Je souhaite venir donc et prendre ma femme , mon fils et ma belle fille sur mon permis temporaire.
Ma belle fille et mon fils ont été accepté a Stanislas.
J 'ai fait une AVE pour ma femme , ma belle fille et mon fils .
Question : pensez vous que ma femme aura une prolongation d'AVE afin de reste un an ? Aucuns soucis pour ma belle fille ?

Lorsque tu as fait ta demande de permis temporaire, les ''autorités'' ne t'ont elles pas donné les détails pour le statut de tes enfants et de ta femme?? Car me semble (mais j'suis loin d'être expert) qu'une simple AVE ne suffira pas, étant donné que l'AVE n'est destinée qu'aux touristes (donc pas de couverture sociale ni médicale par le Canada). A mon avis il faut qu'ils aient un statut temporaire comme le tien!! Dans le doute tu devrais peut être prendre contact directement avec les ''autorités'' car pas sûr que sur un forum de voyage tu aies la réponse!! (Au pire va voir sur immigrer.com)

Nous avons passé un an au Québec en 2014-2015, mes infos ne sont donc peut-être plus tout à fait à jour. Lorsque mon mari a fait sa demande de permis fermé, nos enfants et moi avons reçu un "statut visiteur" pour l'accompagner. En arrivant à l'immigration j'ai reçu un permis de travail ouvert, lié au permis de mon mari.
Je ne sais pas vous aider pour votre belle-fille. Si elle a un statut visiteur lié à votre permis, je suppose aucun problème sinon il faudra peut-être faire une demande de permis d'étude.
Votre employeur a Montréal a l'habitude d'engager des étrangers? Il pourra sûrement vous aider dans vos démarches.
J'ai uniquement reçu le document venant du site www.canada.ca, où nous faisons nos démarches, me confirmant mon permis de travail temporaire accepté.
Auparavant, j'avais completé en plus de ma demande de permis de travail temporaire , une fiche IMM5707 qui concerne la famille en spécifiant les renseignements sur ma femme, ma belle-fille et mon fils.... Mais je n'ai rien reçu parlant de ma famille dans le courriel d'acceptation.
Ma belle-fille a 13 ans donc pas besoin de permis d 'étude.De meme mon fils a 6 ans.
Ils ont un document disant qu'ils sont acceptés à Stanislas.
Stanislas me dit qu'on leur remettra une fiche visiteur à l'immigration à l'aéroport, liés à mon permis de travail.
J'espère que cela ne posera pas de problèmes pour ma belle fille... qui n'est donc pas directement ma fille.
De même, ma femme ne vient effectivement que pour m'accompagner, sans travailler. Du coup j’espère une fiche visiteur ou un AVE prolongé...

L'AVE n'existait pas à l'époque. A la descente de l'avion nous avons été dirigés vers l'immigration, je dois dire que j'ai oublié quels documents nous avions amenés, désolée. Nous avions une farde avec sans doute une composition de ménage, nos passeports, nos papiers pour l'assurance santé (mais je suis belge, je ne sais pas quelle est l'entente française en matière de soins de santé, mon mari et mes enfants étaient couverts directement tandis que j'avais une carence de 3 mois), nos permis de conduire internationaux, les bulletins des enfants, etc (pour l'ensemble de nos démarches, pas juste l'immigration). Il y avait peut-être aussi un extrait de casier judiciaire, j'ai oublié... Mais nous avions trouvé toutes les infos sur le site de l'immigration, nous ne sommes pas passés par un avocat. Et j'ai bien reçu un permis de travail ouvert sans en avoir fait la demande.

Mon permis de travail temporaire se terminant le 30 juin 2020, j'ai combien de temps pour quitter le Quebec?
Le 30 pile ou bien je peux rester quelques jours de plus pour finir mes bagages etc.
Vous devez quitter le territoire au plus tard le 30 juin. Mais vous pouvez demander de rester sous statut visiteur (= touriste), la demande doit se faire au moins 30 jours avant l'expiration de votre visa. Si vous n'obtenez pas de réponse avant l'expiration du visa (c'est assez fréquent), vous pouvez rester sous statut implicite.
Il y a un petit risque pour que la demande soit refusée, mais il est minime.
