En general, c'est plus ou moins facile à trouver (même si tu as rien prévu avant ton arrivé). Étant donné que tu as encore du temps, tu pourrais peut-être commencer à chercher sur Internet. Les prix varient selon la zone (à partir de US$150 ou $200).
Sinon, j'ai des amis à Cusco qui pourraient peut-être t'aider. Je suis de Cusco, mais j'y habite plus depuis 2 ans.
je vis a cusco depuis 1 an.
cest tres facil de trouver un appart a cusco, si tu as les moyens encore plus.
en arrivant prend toi une auberge pour les premiers jours 15 ou 20 soles environ par jour (5 euros), hachete toi un magazine qui sappelle La Rueda, cest que des annonces, tu trouveras des annonces pour des apparts. dans Le Cusco diario aussi il y en a je crois. 50 centimes de sole chacun.
tu aura de tout, du studio "touriste" meuble dans le centre, loue des la semaine, environ 200 a 350 dollars le mois, et aussi des trucs plus loin.
les proprios te deanderont 1 mois de garantie + le 1er mois a payer, les contrats sont rudimentaires, il ny a pas d'etat des lieux, si tu reperes qq chose dans lappart fait le ecrire (porte endommage, lavabo fissure, etc), les peruviens ont tendance a croire que les etrqangers sont ultra riches, en sortant ils peuvent te faire des histoires pour pas te rendre la caution. surtout si tu parles pas trop español = pigeon.
sinon, promene toi dans les quartiers qui te branchent, il y a des petits papiers aux murs qui disent "alquilo departamiento", telephone, cest souvent moins cher comme ca.
san blas est tres sympa mais un peu cher.
il y a aussi des gens qui louent une partie de leur maison, ce sont souvent des maisons anciennes avec 1 porte 1 patio et la maison en carre autour. cest souvent precaire, "baños compartidos" et tres sale, comme il ny a qu une porte tu cotoit les proprios, et je te dis tout de suite qu ils sont relous, ils ne te laisseront pas avoir de visite, et te feront des histoire pour un peu de bruit.
un matin ils te diront que tu dois partir et ne te rendront pas la caution.
mefie toi, ils sont js sympa au debut et apres ca se gate.
tout depend de ton budget mais si je peux te donner un conseil opte pour un truc renove (sinon humidite, rats, etc), porte independante, demande si les visites ne derrangent pas.
hestites pas a negocier, gringo = ils t'annoncent 100 a 200 soles plus cher d'office.
un petit studio propre et neuf meuble avec salle de bain privee = 150 dollars, si plus grand avec internetet TV et cable, ils demandnt dirrect 300 dollars parce que uniquement pour touriste.
un appart vide, salle de bain commune, pas plus de 200 ou 250 soles.

en gros pas facile, sauf bars et boites pour touristes mais ca veut dire travail de nuit.
les ONG oublie a cuasco ils ne paient pas, il reste les cours de francais, la grosse arnaque mais c tjs ca si vraiment (CF ALLIANCE FRANCAISE)
tu as au moins la chance d arriver en pleine saison touristique, cest deja ca, maisd je te previen elle est pas folichonne cette annee...

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
