Ma question est simple: Est il possible de contracter un emploi en Chine en partant avec un Visa touristique?
En effet, vu que la probabilité d'une embauche depuis la France est faible, est t'il courant de contracter un visa F ou Z, après un entretien concluant en Chine?
Je précise être diplômé d'un Bac + 5 et avoir une expérience de 2 ans, qualification importante pour trouver un job selon différents forums.
Je ne peux pas beaucoup aider étant donné que je n'ai pas encore trouvé de travail, mais, personnellement, je suis parti pour vivre à Pékin avec ma compagne (elle est de la bas) en ayant seulement un visa touristique. Par sécurité je me suis inscrit dans une université pour des cours de chinois afin d'obtenir un visa étudiant si je n'ai pas de visa travail avant la fin de mon visa touristique.
Pour moi la difficulté est plus grande, je n'ai pas 2 ans d'expérience, mon diplôme le plus élevé est un Bachelor et je peux juste tenir une conversation simpliste en chinois.
En l'occurrence, les étrangers issus de pays anglophones ont beaucoup plus d'opportunités de travail en Chine :( ...
Avoir deux ans d'expérience est à priori indispensable, mais il y a moyen de s'arranger si ton employeur te veut vraiment, en tout cas c'est ce qu'on m'a dit ici (j'attend d'ailleurs une réponse pour un travail avec visa, croisons les doigts). Si tu pars avec un visa touristique ou étudiant normalement tu n'a pas le droit de travailler mais beaucoup le font au black, sinon tu a la possibilité d'aller à Hong Kong pour changer ton visa en visa de travail (prévoir les frais pour obtenir un nouveau visa), du moins si tu est membre de la CE (communauté européenne) car nous avons le droit de séjourner jusqu'à 15 jours à HK sans visa si je ne me trompe. C'est la technique envisagée par beaucoup d'Européens en recherche d'un emploi en chine.
Donc, oui, c'est possible de contracter un emploi en partant avec un visa touristique mais c'est pas facile, tu n'a que 30 jours (pour pouvoir rester plus longtemps tu dois fournir des justifications et c'est maximum 3 mois en touriste), mieux vaut alors connaître des gens sur place qui peuvent t'aider à trouver quelque chose et prévoir des entretiens d'embauche à l'avance (j'ai passé mon premier entretien 5h après l'atterrissage à Beijing...), surtout que peu d'employeurs sont disposés à te proposer un visa de travail, ça leur coûte, et comme tous les employeurs du monde, ils veulent économiser. C'est plus facile pour eux d'employer un étranger qui a un visa d'étudiant, ils ne doivent pas le déclarer. Par exemple, si je veux je peux déjà travailler comme professeur de français dans une université, on m'en a offert l'opportunité, mais sans visa de travail.
En résumé, calcul les risques que tu es prêt à prendre, protège tes arrières pour pouvoir rester plus longtemps sans visa de travail si nécessaire, et économise suffisamment pour subvenir à tes besoins les premiers mois ...

effectivement ton idée d'inscription à l'université est très bonne, car elle permet, en plus d'obtenir un visa, d'apprendre la langue qui est importante à maîtriser un minimum selon ce que j'entends. Tu prends seulement des cours de langues?
