J'ai toujours sur moi du Vita Merfen et des Rennies pour les brulûres d'estomac (jamais trouvé l'équivalent exact là bas)
Ceci dit, j'ai toujours 2 comprimés pour le ventre, 2 pour la tête, et 2 pour la dysentrie.

Pas besoin d'emmener tous les emballages, ni de boîtes complètes. Tu rachètes s'il t'en faut.
Inutile de prévoir l'improbable en se chargeant de médoc.

Aloe Vera pure soigne très bien les brûlures, j'ai déjà testé. Une personne très aimable m'en avait trouvé. C'est incroyable l'efficacité de cette plante.

Quelques pansements, un rouleau de PQ, une plaquette de doliprane ou autre et quelques médicaments pour stopper une diarrhée aussi soudaine que malvenue...
Une lotion pour éloigner les moustiques, ce n'est pas mal non plus !
Selon les "membres" vaut mieux acheter la lotion sur place ( plus efficace) par contre contre les piqures d'insectes connaissez vous des crèmes magiques ? Ma fille a tendance à être allergique, l'endroit où elle se fait piquer gonfle très vite, j'emmène toujours de l'apis en granules aussi.
franchement, la 1ere fois je suis partie avec une trousse a pharmacie digne d'une infirmiere de la croix rouge, qui finalement m'a servi a rien!!!!!

J'ai essayé une fois et ça avait fonctionné mais je suis prudent sur mon affirmation car on croit souvent que le médoc y est pour quelque chose alors qu'il n'y est parfois pour rien! Sinon j'ai la chance d'avoir eu très rarement mal aux dents..mais j'ai eu une fois des coliques néphrétiques ( paraît que je mets pas assez d'eau dans mon Pastis qu'on m'a dit!) et là si j'avais eu le bon médoc sous la main....

Modif: j'ai compris tu voulais dire gonflé! encore un problème de pressurisation.. si tu as une carie (ou une otite ou sinusite) la poche d'air enfermée( sous le plombage) se dilate à la montée et effectivement ça doit faire très mal!

C'est sans doute un problème lié à la dépressurisation de la cabine! Comme en plongée dès qu'on (re) monte on gonfle!! ici, en avion, en altitude la pression en l'air (même si c'est préssurisé dans l'avion )est toujours inférieure à celle au sol donc le volume d'air contenu dans l'estomac augmente et si vous avez tendance à l'aérophagie...Mais le mieux à mon avis est d'en parler à un vrai médecin...
J'connaissais pas cette histoire de charbon mais en y réfléchissant ( j'suis pas médecin mais connais bien les lois de la physique et de la chimie!) je pense que le charbon est un absorbant des gaz... donc ça devrait fonctionner!
Perso, moi j'emporte du Fenigel (je sais pas is ça existe en Suisse) mais c'est mon petit produit "miracle" pour stopper les démangeaisons de piqures de moustique. Et en plus ça sert également aux coups de solein
Ayant eu une cloque à l'arrère de la cheville après un long trek, j'ai jamais réussi à trouver les fameux pansements Compeed, en même temps avec les tongues c'est pas fort utili mais j'en prends 1 ou 2 avec moi depuis.
Petit conseil purement féminin, prends des tampons avec toi, c'est assez difficile à trouver là bas, même au 7/11 je galère. J'en ai vu un à qulques endroits cette année, mais mieux vaut prendre ses pécautions, c'est un petit détail qui peut prendre bcp d'importance:-)

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. Basically, it seemed simpler on paper...
But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.
After all that, and even though I’ll obviously contact the relevant authorities in each country (fingers crossed for a response 😛), here’s my question:

Generally, I understand it’s possible to travel with approved medications (which should be my case), but often with a limit of 3 months’ worth of treatment.
Since I’m going for 12 months, that means for three-quarters of my trip, I’d have more than 3 months’ worth of medication.
I plan to bring my prescriptions with the INN (International Nonproprietary Name), as well as the original packaging (even though it’s a nightmare, but from what I understand, it’s necessary). But I’m not sure if that’s enough...
