À Lille, le 13 juillet 2026Monsieur/Madame le Conciliateur de Justice,Chère Élue, Chère Faustine,Par la présente, je sollicite votre intervention afin de régler un litige qui m'oppose à l'opérateur Free. Je refuse catégoriquement de payer les frais de résiliation qu'ils tentent de m'imposer, car la rupture de mon contrat est exclusivement due à leurs manquements techniques graves et à un abandon total d'assistance.Sous prétexte de contrats d'engagement, cet opérateur use de méthodes d'intimidation envers ses clients, pariant sur le fait qu'ils ne connaissent pas leurs droits. Je refuse d'être victime de ces pratiques et je tiens à vous exposer la chronologie des faits :1. Une panne totale et non résolue depuis le 07 juillet 2026Mon matériel est tombé en panne complètement me privant de tout réseau depuis le 07 juillet 2026.Malgré de nombreux messages sur mon espace client, l'assistance Free est restée muette. Free a pourtant reconnu par écrit (courriel du 10 juillet 2026) l'existence de ce ticket d'incident. L'argument de leur lenteur « en raison du grand nombre de clients » n'est pas recevable pour un service payant.2. Un abandon total en boutique (Lille Europe) : Je me suis déplacée physiquement à deux reprises à la boutique Free de Lille Europe. Les conseillers m'ont répondu textuellement : « Ici, ce n'est pas le service technique, on ne peut rien pour vous ». Ils m'ont seulement aidé à régler une facture mobile bloquée à cause de l incident, sans traiter mon problème de box, avant de me programmer un rendez-vous téléphonique à 18h00 pour lequel je n'ai jamais reçu d'appel.3. Le piège de la fausse promotion : J'avais souscrit à une offre promotionnelle pour faire des économies. Au lieu de cela, je n'ai fait que cumuler des dépenses inutiles pour un service inexistant.4. Dissimulation du lien de résiliation : Constatant l'absence de réseau, j'ai voulu résilier en ligne. Free avait purement et simplement masqué le bouton de résiliation sur mon espace client pour me bloquer. C'est finalement un technicien Orange, en urgence pour m'installer un réseau fonctionnel a partir du 27 juillet et qui m'a aidée à forcer et valider techniquement ma résiliation auprès de Free pour m'éviter de payer deux abonnements.5. Courriers recommandés et frais à ma charge : J'ai envoyé un premier courrier recommandé avec accusé de réception (LRAR) pour acter ces faits. Free s'est contenté de me répondre par un message automatique flou, me proposant un remboursement dérisoire d'un (1) euro. C'est une insulte, alors que je me retrouve à devoir payer de ma poche des frais de recommandés pour me défendre.Où en est la situation aujourd'hui :Le matériel est restitué : L'intégralité de la Freebox a été déposée ce jour au point relais Chronopost (Carrefour Boulevard Montebello à Lille), dont je possède la preuve de dépôt. Les paiements sont bloqués : J'ai donné l'ordre formel à ma banque de bloquer tout prélèvement venant de Free. Ils ne me prendront plus un centime.En envoyant ce dossier en copie à l'association UFC-Que Choisir ainsi qu'à diverses presses locales(La Voix du Nord), Je souhaite dénoncer publiquement ces méthodes où l'opérateur fraude ses propres obligations tout en exigeant l'argent de ses clients.Je vous remercie de votre attention, de votre soutien et votre confiance.Monsieur/Madame le Conciliateur, je vous prie de bien vouloir acter ce dossier et inviter Free à clôturer mon compte sans aucun frais, comme la loi m'y autorise en cas de faute de l'opérateur.Je vous prie d'agréer mes salutations distinguées.
