si vous êtes résident étranger officiellement, vous ne pouvez pas dépendre de la sécurité sociale en France. Donc soit CFE+ mutuelle ou assurance privée ( Elysée conseil par exemple à Madagascar) le tout avec option évacuation sanitaire = 240 euros par mois environ.

Si vous êtes résident à Madagascar, la Cfe vous couvrira partout comme la sécu couvre un résident en France partout. Une secu privée française correspond à la CFe en...privée, exemple Elysée conseil ou autre à Mada.
Ne pas avoir de couverture à Mada est un choix, bien sur ça coûte, j'ai connu des gus qui prétendaient pouvoir s'en passer et qui sont morts. D'autres qui ont du être évacués vers la Réunion, si pas d'argent pas d'évacuation, prix 10 000 euros environ

La secu française cesse du fait de l'expatriation effectivement. C'est pour cela que je citai la cfe, et comme me l'a précisé quelqu'un ici , elle rembourse à mada et en France. Mais pas les frais de rapatriement !
C'est pour moi 228 euros par trimestre. En fait je me reafilirai à la caisse nationale militaire de sécurité sociale puisque j'étais militaire et que c'est possible. Je me suis renseigné.

Se faire rapatrier par une assurance n' est pas si facile qu 'on peut l' imaginer. C' est l' assurance et elle seule qui prend la décision.
Certaines assurances vous hospitalisent à Madagascar dans des hôpitaux privés à Antananarivo, dont le coût journaliers est de plus de 200€ à vos frais.
