salut tout le monde, nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants, nous cherchons a acheter un terrain au Belize suffisament grand pour y installer 5 à 8 bungalows (dont 1 dans lequel nous voulons vivre parmi nos clients!), en bord de plage, connectable à l'eau, electricité, telephone, cable, etc..., Nous voudrions faire de la location de bungalows, pas trop clinquants, plutot cible middle-class americaine, pour l'ensemble du projet nous envisageons un budget de 150.000€ (about 200.000 usd). Si vous connaissez un terrain qui pourrait correspondre ou quelqu'un qui pourrait nous informer merci d'avance; si vous vivez vous-même au Belize et que ce projet vous parait abherent merci de nous prevenir!!!
