5 CAN THO- SAIGON-DANANG-HOI AN –promenade en bateau sur le bras méridional du mékong- déjeuner de spécialités (oreilles d’éléphants). Envol vers Danang –
6 visite deHIOI AN- massage offert –
7 Balnéaire-
8 HOI AN départ par le col des nuages –DANANG visite artisanat local-HUE visite cité impériale et du marché de dong Ba –

Le traitement est lourd, la profilaxie sert aussi à soigner. En utilisant à outrance ces médicaments, nous favorisons les souches résistantes qui empêchent les locaux de se soigner!!!
Le plus important tout faire pour éviter les piqûres d'insectes🏴☠️
Pour rappel le traitement anti palu ne marche pas contre la dengue ou l'encephalite japonaise!
En fait je suis alllé à l'institut pasteur de Lille, où nous avons fait les vaccins qui nous ont été recommandés. le médecin nous a demandé si nous allions à l'intérieur des terres, et que dans ce cas là, il faudrait prendre le traitement. Personnellement je ne connais pas le pays et j'ignore quelles sont les zones à risque. je vous remercie
vu votre parcours, c'est plutôt non. Par contre, prenez du anti moustique pour votre peau et pour vos vêtements. Pour vous rassurez ou pas, j'ai fait mon parcours en Asie du Sud-Est (7 mois) sans le prendre (j'avais des doses en cas de crise) et aucun problème. Ce sont vraiment dans des zones rurales et plutôt à la saison humide.
J'aurais fait le sens inverse du Nord au Sud: en gardant la chance d'avoir encore le beau temps dans le Nord et en arrivant au Sud vers la fin Novembre, j'aurai plus de chance d'avoir du ciel bleu.

Quelques commentaires sur le circuit:
Le marché Binh Tây est le marché de Cholon. Vous l'avez déjà visité au deuxième jour, pas la peine de l'intégrer au 3ème jour. Je vous propose de le remplacer par la visite du musée de l'Histoire du ViêtNam qui se trouve dans l'enceinte du Zoo de Saigon.
Au 7ème jour, ne parlons pas de balnéaire à Hoi An, gâcher une journée pour rien et alimenter une mauvaise réputation des plages du VN.
Idem pour le col des nuages du 8ème jour. Garder cela en hypothèse, si ce jour-là il n'y a pas de nuages à l'horizon, idem pour les 3 jours réservés dans cette partie du Centre du ViêtNam, quand il n'y a pas d'inondations.
Si j'étais vous, je consacrerais 1 semaines dans le Nord, et une semaine dans le Sud et si j'ai envie de balnéaire, je garderai 3 jours pour Phu Quôc ou mieux pour Con Dao.

Pour le palu, je laisse la place aux medecins. Par contre, pour le parcours dans le delta, je me demande bien qui a ose vous proposer ca. Vous allez passer votre temps sur la route et ne rien voir ou presque.
En ce qui concerne les marches flottants, j'espere que ce n'est pas celui de Can Tho qu'ils vous proposent car vous n'arriverez pas a destination avant 16 heures et il n'y en a plus, c'est le matin.
Au retour, Can Tho - Saigon, c'est minimum une demi-journee.

Pour notre fameux Palu:
1/des milliond de morts continuent dans le monde en particulier en AF ou povenance de plus de 98° des cas palu importés
Pour le traitement préventif courte durée
2/dans un meme pays certaines régions en sont indemnes d autres sont impaludés( cas du VN)
3/il n y a pas un traitement unique pour tous les pays// pour un meme traitement les effets secondaires sont differents soit intolerance totale soit relativement accepté
5/ le traitement doit etre adapté a chaque individu : une femme enceinte, un polymédicalisée, un nourisson etc ne sont pas tout le monde
6/ le type de séjour , le temps de séjour la région, la période de séjour les facteurs climatiques etc ...conditionnent aussi le traitement
exple un expatrié de longue années ne peut supporter un tt a long cours ( pb yeus par exple)
il a droit a
soit rien supplée soit par 1 traitement présomptif ou traitemt curatif
et puis comme vous avez dit utiliser mal un medicament peut entrainer a la longue son inefficacité par résistance !

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. Basically, it seemed simpler on paper...
But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.
After all that, and even though I’ll obviously contact the relevant authorities in each country (fingers crossed for a response 😛), here’s my question:

I have several chronic conditions (including asthma and related ones), and I’m planning to travel for a year across different countries.
Generally, I understand it’s possible to travel with approved medications (which should be my case), but often with a limit of 3 months’ worth of treatment.
Since I’m going for 12 months, that means for three-quarters of my trip, I’d have more than 3 months’ worth of medication.
I plan to bring my prescriptions with the INN (International Nonproprietary Name), as well as the original packaging (even though it’s a nightmare, but from what I understand, it’s necessary). But I’m not sure if that’s enough...

It’s the bite that transmits the disease.
There are so-called "furious" forms with aggression, but also forms without aggression.
