voila je suis agé de 24 ans je suis celibataire et j'aimerai m'investir totalement dans l'aide humanitaire le seul probleme c'est que malgré de nombreuses recherches je ne trouve aucunes offres d'emplois me correspondant je suis titulaire d'un CAP BEB bois et materiaux associés (menuisier) d'un CAP CHARPENTE j'ai fait parti de l'association ouvriere des compagnons du devoir du tour de france avec c'est bagages je suis sur de trouver du travail en france mais je veut m'investir dans l'humanitaire tout en gardant mon metier si kelk'un connait une association une ONG qui serait suseptible de me convenir .je peut faire parvenir mon cv ainsi k'une lettre de motivation j'habite actuellement a toulouse et je veut vraiment m'investir dans des missons humanitaires je suis novice dans ce milieu alors soyer indulgent et laisser moi une chance je trouve cela dommage ke l'on recherche ke des personnes d'ordre medical et des diplomés des hautes ecoles ce ki me laisse peu de chance d'integré une ONG je sais tres bien que l'on a besoin de leurs aides mais je pense aussi ke mes competences en construction peuvent aussi bien rendre services MERCI D'AVANCE
Les ONG ne cherchent pas que du personnel médical et des diplômés de hautes écoles, elles ont aussi énormément besoin de logisticiens. Des logs "généralistes" qui savent faire un peu de tout (mécanique, réhabilitation de bâtiments, maintenance de matériel informatique ou de matériel radio, dédouanement de marchandises...) mais aussi des logs construction pour superviser des chantiers de réhabilitation et/ou de construction. Il me semble que ce profil te conviendrait tout à fait, alors n'hésite pas à postuler !

Je tiens a precisier que le travail dans l'humanitaire je veut en faire mon metier et en vivre ce qui implique donc d'avoir un salaire je ne cherche pas a etre benevole ou volontaire je veut vraiment donner tout mon temps a l'action humanitaire et dans n'importe quel pays peu importe du moment que je suis utile et ke je transmet le peu de savoir que j'ai j'espere avoir une reponse favorable de votre part

A ma connaissance, aucune ONG ne te proposera un statut de salarié dès ta première mission. Tu seras donc volontaire, ce qui ne veut pas dire être bénévole. Le statut de volontaire te donne droit à une indemnisation mensuelle. Comme ce n'est pas un salaire, ce n'est pas imposable. Le montant est donc aussi plus faible : en moyenne entre 600 et 850 € par mois. A la fin de ta mission, tu n'auras pas droit au chômage. Par contre, si tu fais deux ans de mission, tu auras droit à une indemnité de réinsertion (un peu plus de 3.000 €).
Ensuite, certaines ONG te proposent un contrat de salarié dès que tu as un an d'expérience, quel que soit ton poste. D'autres ne proposent ce statut qu'aux coordinateurs et chefs de mission.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
