j'ai pour projet de partir dix mois (pour la fin 2008) en australie afin de découvrir le pays et d'apprendre l'anglais. Je souhaiterai aller à Melbourne et/ou Sydney puis "suivre le soleil" en remontant vers Cairns
Sauf que voilà j'ai un budget très très restreint (1500 euros après avoir enlever les billets et tout les préparatifs)
Bien sur çà serait pour y travailler (tout travail est le bienvenu : fille au pair, cueillettes, petits boulots divers et variés...)
Mais la grande question est : est ce que c'est vraiment réalisable??
J'ai beau lire des choses sur les backpakers je ne comprends pas tout!
Est ce qu'on est sur de trouver tout le temps du travail?
Comment çà fonctionne réellement, je crois savoir qu'on ne peux pas rester plus de 5~10 nuits dans une auberge alors comment on fait pour se loger?
Est ce que les divers boulots trouvés suffiront à ma vie quotidienne (logement+nourriture+petites visites quand même)
Vaut il mieux trouver, de la france, une famille d'acceuil pour être fille au pair?
Est ce que mes petits 1500 euros suffiront??
Enfin voilà, comme vous le voyez je ne suis pas très au point mais je suis vraiment motivée et j'aimerai vraiment réaliser ce "vieux" rêve alors toute aide et tous commentaires seront les bienvenus

et sinon bien sur que non 26 ans, tes encore jeune, faut en profiter et c'est génial de fr une aventure comme cela.
par contre pour aller la bas il faut avoir 3000€ sur son compte, mai apparement on s'en s'est pas forcement.
pour trouver du travail cest assez facile, surtout pour travailler à la cueillette, pas besoin de parler l'anglais...

voici un mois et demi que j'ai quitte melbourne donc je vais essaye de vous faire un resume de mon voyage car j'ai enfin du temps et internet gratuit! desole je vous donne des noms de ville je vous laisse regarder la carte... en gros j'etais au sud est de l'australie et j'ai voyage jusque alice spring qui se situe en plein centre puis j'ai pris l'avion a sydney pour rejoindre mes parents.
donc depuis melbourne, je suis donc partie avec mon surf dans la capitale australienne du surf! j'ai passe trois jours super, j'ai change de rythme de vie, a melbourne c'etait couche tous les soirs vers 3/4h du matin et ou je suis arrivee a torquay a 7h du matin tout le monde est debout pour aller surfer! j'ai donc pris ce rythme de vie et j'ai fais 3 jours de surf!
apres j'ai continue ma route et j'ai ete faire du wooffing, le principe tu es dans une famille tu travailles pour eux 3 a 4 h par jour et ils te logent, nourrissent en echange. moi j'ai fais ca sur la cote sud entre melbourne et adelaide chez un couple dans la campagne la plus profonde ( un bus que 3 fois par semaine, la plus proche ville a 1h de route et les premiers voisins a 15mn en voiture!) la maison avec vue sur la mer ainsi que ma chambre! des gens tres gentils avec des chiens, des moutons, des poneys... ils avaient des cottages a loue donc mon travail consistait a nettoyer les cottages, j'ai fais un peu a mange, du jardinage, du repassage et l'apres midi j'allais a la plage, faire de la marche... c'est un super moyen pour parler anglais et vivre a l'australienne! je suis meme allee avec eux a une soiree dans une maison immense avec que des hypies! enfin c'etait une experience super et je vais peut etre en faire d'autre sur le chemin!
j'ai passe 5 jours avec cette famille puis j'ai repris ma route, c'est la que quelques jours apres j'ai rencontre une copine belge en chemin et on a
voyager environ 2 semaines ensemble jusque adelaide, elle voyageait avec un didgeridoo et moi avec mon surf on passait pas inapercu!
on a visite la cote avec des vues magnifiques puis on est allee vers l'interireur des terres dans la montagne ou on a fait de super rando avec un hollandais aussi. j'ai vu des millions de kangourous et koalas en liberte!
entre temps j'ai rencontre un italien qui voyageait avec ces surfs et sa voiture malheureusement on allait pas dans la meme direction donc j'ai continue mon chemin et lui aussi... snif!
a adelaide je suis partie avec un voyage organise dans le desert vers alice spring. je suis tombee dans un super groupe avec un guide extraordinaire moi qui n'aime pas trop ces voyages organise j'ai vraiment pas ete decu. j'ai vu le desert on a dormi au milieu de nul part et on a vu des couches de soleil absolument magnifiques. on a visite un village ou il fait tellement chaud que les gens dorment dans des grottes et on a ete dans une boite de nuit dans une grotte ( underground comme ils appelent ca!). j'ai vu ce fameux rocher uluru au milieu du desert! cette excursion a duree 7 jours dont 4 nuits passee a la belle etoile dans le desert! j'avais encore toujours mon surf, et oui il a traverse le desert c'etait marrant pendant ce voyage il a servit de table dans le desert ou de protege vent pour le rechaud... la je le laisse a brisbane mais je compte bien le ramener en france!
enfin arrive a alice spring je suis partie pour sydney rejoindre mes parents j'ai voyage 2 semaines avec eux on a eu un super temps et on a campe dans des endroits magnifiques. j'avais mon surf donc ma soeur etait tres contente et on a surfe presque tous les jours!
en voiture on a ete jusque brisbane puis on est retourne sur sydney car ils repartaient en avion de la, ils sont partis il ya 2 jours, moi je les ai raccompagne sur sydney ou j'ai repris l'avion pour brisbane.
la je suis a brisbane chez les amis que je connais et je repars demain pour cairns vers la barriere de corail. je pars a l'aventure j'ai achete un passs de bus de brisbane a cairns ou je peux m'arreter et reprendre le bus quand je veux pendant 6 mois. je vais surement rejoindre des gens que j'ai rencontre a melbourne car on sera tous dans le meme coin.
voila, moi à lire ca ca me donne carément envie d'aller la bas... et c'est clai que j'irai!!

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
