Pour la location, vous pouvez trouver quelque chose, mais ce-ci dépendra de plusieurs facteurs que je cite: -Tout d'abord la zone où vous voulez vous installer(Ce n'est pas la même chose du côté nord que le sud ou la côte, ..) . Je ne sais pas est-ce que vous connaissez un peu la Tunisie.
- Pour louer un espace équipé(ça dépend de l'équipement) parce que vous voulez faire des gâteaux tunisien: je ne sais pas, selon moi, je trouve interessant d'en acheter(le matériel).
- Aussi, du coté financement, ce n'est pas la même chose pour un emplacement p.e à hammamet qu'à kairouan ou autre. Parce que ça dépend des régions.
Selon moi, je vous conseille de venir en Tunisie et faire un tours sur le champ pour que vous puissiez faire votre étude.

Je vous rappelle que les tunisiens sont très diplômés et que le chômage est omniprésent : ils ont donc priorité à compétences égales, ce qui est normal (et les choses ne se sont pas encore arrangées depuis la révolution: il faudra voir ce qu'il en sera après les élection du 23/10/2011)

Vous pouvez déja parcourir les journaux francophones tunisiens, dans lesquels il y a des annonces, contacter les services comerciaux de l'ambassade de Belgique à Tunis.
Vous pouvez contacter des TO en Belgique, pour voir s'ils ont des postes à pourvoir dans leurs hôtelks etc...
Il est aussi important de savoir que si vous avez un contrat tunisien, le salaire sera moitrié moins élevé qu'un contrat belge.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
