j'ai pas mal arpenté les forums, je m'inquiétais un peu d'arriver en turquie et de ne pas savoir où dormir mais, à ce que l'on m'a dit, la colocation se fait beaucoup, les tarifs sont un peu moins élevés qu'ici (je suis en études à rennes pour le moment), enfin, istanbul côté occidental ca reste ttfois plutot cher par rapport au reste du pays.
un ancien élève à galatasaray m'a dit qu'à notre arrivée on était accueillis par le responsable erasmus qui pouvait nous aider à trouver un logement, sinon il y a petites annonces au consulat et au sein de l'université.et puis il faut se dire qu'on sera nombreux dans ce cas, on se soutiendra mutuellement!!
en tout cas, je te tiens au courant si j'ai des plans pas mal, fais en de même si tu veux bien...

A la recherche de petites annonces, je suis tombé un peu par hasard sur ce forum.
Arrivé depuis peu à Istanbul, je suis passé effectivement par cette étape.
Effectivement, le consulat français et tout ce qui gravite autour (comme l'assoc Passerelle)
reçoivent pas mal de petites annonces pour ce qui est de louer un appart ou se loger en coloc.
Le choix est plutôt large, même si c'est toujours + ou - les mêmes quartiers :
Istiklal et environs proches, Cihangir, Nisantasi et environs proches, Besiktas (incluant Ortaköy).
Si besoin d'infos : n'hésitez pas à me contacter...

Comme tant d'autres ici, je suis franco-turc.
J'ai également vécu dans des géographies différentes auparavant.
Donc, on peut dire que ça été pour ce qui est de premières impressions.
Évidemment, on puise des deux côtés. Me concernant, le soucis majeur a été le volet professionnel :
disons que tout n'avance pas pareil :) et qu'il est nécessaire d'avoir un bon esprit de suivi (même quand votre appart est repeint sous vos yeux !).
Ceci étant, c'est un classique que chaque concerné ici mentionnera, et ce avec termes + ou - diplomatiques.
Côté "faut s'y habituer" je peux continuer mais bien sûr que l'ensemble trouve son équilibre comma la facilité des relations humaines.
véritable clé qu'il est indispensable de bien savoir manipuler tant elle facilite la vie.
Pour les apparts : il faut d'abord savoir que, surtout dans des quartiers comme Cihangir et Beyoglu,
réunir la paire "immeuble et appart propres" n'est pas évident d'où la nécessité parfois d'en visiter un bon nombre avant de tomber sur celui qui convient.
Les agents immobiliers habitués savent que les "étrangers" sont pointilleux sur la salle de bain et la cuisine (elles sont souvent exiguës)
et essaient de faire des offres en conséquence.
Je ne dirai pas que "chercher" a été une partie de plaisir, mais je n'ai pas non plus galéré, dirais-je.
Pour louer : un loyer à l'avance (des fois deux), un loyer en caution (restituée parès états des lieux) + un loyer comme commission.
"un loyer comme commission" a des variantes comme entre 10 ou 12% du loyer annuel. Me concernant, j'ai payé un loyer.
Il faut savoir que bon de proprios proposent en direct (terme : sahibinden) : là pas de com...
Le bail est classique : les mêmes blas blas...
Être "étranger" a aussi des avantages : ici la notion de "garant" n'est pas une casse tête comme en France, par exemple.
Fiche de paie et pédigrée ne sont pas demandés (sauf exception et haut de gamme bien sûr).

nous somme 4 amis (dont un est imaginaire, un français et une turc, et un chat (turcophone le con il comprend rien au français) vivant dans un 90m² (3 pièces + toilettes + salle de bain, + cuisine, + 2, 5 balcons (compliqué à expliquer...)).
Nous avons une chambre de libre. elle est à Fulia (c'est à 7 mn de la station de métro de Sisli Mecidiyekoy, et juste à coté de Besiktas (ya une station de bus aussi...). pour faire simple c'est calme, facile d'accès, avec des commerce et tt et tt.
la chambre est meublée, avec internet.
il y a l'eau chaude (ce que vous pouvez trouver dans les annonces turcs sous le terme de kombi), une machine à lavée le linge et la vaisselle (enfin deux machines...), salle de bain avec toilettes à la française, + une autre pièce avec toilettes (toujours à la française...)

Avant tout excusez moi pour les fautes de grammaire car il y a du temps que je pratique pas francais, surtout ecrit=) Je suis etudiant a Bilgi university a Istanbul. Je fais l economie et les relation internationaux.(double major) J'ai loue un appartement au centre de Mecidiyeköy/SISLI. C'est 400 metre a station de metro ( j ai utilise google earth pour etre precis), Il y a la climatisation et le jakuzi (bathtube). Je paie 1300 YTL pour l appartement et avec les charges ca devient 1600 -1700 YTL. Il y a un clique-claque, un armoire et une table dans la chambre. Les etudiant d'erasmus et les etrangers qui vient a Istanbul pense a louer des maison moins chers a Taksim, Cihangir, Fulya, galatasaray etc. mais ce n'est pas possible de se sentir vraiment en securite dans ces quartiers.

I’m looking for info on villages around Aix, like Fuveau, Bouc-Bel-Air, or even Éguilles and Venelles?
We’re a couple with a child living in the Paris region, and I’ll be relocating to Aix-en-Provence in spring 2026. We’d love to swap our apartment for a house with a pool within 20-30 minutes max of central Aix, with a budget of around 650k €.
In terms of climate and geography, I’ve read that Aix is in a basin where it can get really hot. What about the surrounding villages that are a bit more elevated, like Venelles? Is it just as stifling?
Starting this spring, we want to settle near Aix-en-Provence. We're tired of living in the mountains with all the snow—we really need some sunshine and a fresh start. Is it hard to find a house to rent there? What about prices? If you have any great tips or useful info about the area, we’d love to hear it. I work in education and want to do prevention work in Marseille or Aix—are there jobs in the social sector?
Anyway, we need tons of info, but we’re sure we’re going to take the leap—no hesitation, adventure is adventure!!!

Ideally, I’d like to work part-time in a private hospital as an osteopath. I’m thinking that in Thailand, the medical field is much more open than in Europe!!! Has anyone seen an osteopath or chiropractor working in a Thai hospital? Do you know the price of a consultation?
