La chose certaine que la création des sociétes en tunisie n'est pas compliqué et ne demande pas beaucoup de temps sauf pour les activités soumises à l'agrément. Tu n'est pas obligé de ramener l'argent dès ton 1er arrivée en tunisie et tu peux les virer après création de la sociéte.

il est trés facile d'obtenir une carte de résident, mais il faut justifier pendant 3 mois de l'arrivée sur son compte bancaire tunisien de l'arrivée de revenus en provenance de votre pays d'origine.

il est très facile de devenir résident en Tunisie, il faut avoir un compte bancaire tunisien et un domicile ici, justifiable bien entendu.
Pour créer une société, comme une SARL, il faut compter de 8 à 10 jours maximum, j'ai effectué ce parcours ici et c'est très facile également.
Je vis en Tunisie depuis plus de 2 ans, suis français, c'est un pays magnifique ou il fait bon vivre !!!

Bonjour, merci pour votre réponse. Tout comme vous j'aime la Tunisie, nous avons acheté un appartement à Sousse cité heriad 5. c'est dans un baitment neuf, il fait 98 m2.
Nous l'avons visiter pour la 1er fois en septembre 2007, nous l'avons meublé : 1 G lit + 1 lit en 90 cm (avec les matelas) + 1 canapé.
Il faut que nous achetions : 1 frigo + 1 Tv + quelques meubles pour la cuisine et pour les 2 chambes + salon.
Petites questions : ou trouver tous ces meubles ? nous avons vu chez "meublatex" c'est super cher.
Nous voudrions faire de la peinture sur les murs (mur en couleur) : nous ne savons pas ou trouvé, la peinture couleur pour les murs.
Autre petite question : il faudrait que nous ouvrions un compte bancaire : je suis allée dans une banque ou le banquir m'a dit qu'il fallait que je fasse enregistrer le montant des euros en douane et qu'ensuite je pourrais ouvrir un compte ( il faut que je paie : l'eau et EDF) + le syndic.
J'avoue que cela me pose un petit soucis.
Je me suis renseignée : on m'a dit que pour enregistrer l'argent en douane il fallait une somme d'environ 2000 euros ?
Pouvez vous m'en dire plus, j'avoue que j'aimerais ouvrir un compte avec 500 euros ? pensez vous que cela soit possible.
Dans 2 ans mon mari sera à la retraite et nous aimerions nous y installés definitivement, nous nous posons pleins de questions :
* avons nous le droit d'y resté sans quitté la tunisie ? qu'elle demarche faut il faire ?
* à ce jour je n'ai pas assuré notre appartement, me conseillez vous de le faire ? (nous sommes au 4eme étages).

Mon bureau est à Monastir, mais depuis qq semaines j'habite moi aussi à Sousse, j'ai ouvert à ma femme un salon de coiffure à la cité heriad...
En ce qui concerne frigo et tv il y a pas mal de petites boutiques ou les prix sont corrects, j'en connait une à Khézama prés d'un sm qui s'appelle "l'esplanade".
Meubles pour la cuisine : dans la médina, côté bord de rue, bien avant le marché au poisson, à mi-chemin, il y 3 boutiques qui vendent des meubles bon marché.
salon : au souk Lahad, samedi aprés-midi et dimanche matin il y a des salons (canapés fauteuils) à des prix trés bas, mais de fabrication locale, bien sur...
En dehors de meublatex, il y a Skanes-meubles, mais c'est du même style, peut-être un peu moin cher...
En ce qui concerne la peinture des murs, il faut acheter du "surfaceur" pour la couche d'aprés, puis de la peinture blanche et des colorants pour effectuer la couleur de votre choix, et faire vous même le mélange, vous trouverez ça dans toutes les quincailleries, il y en a une dans le centre-ville, cité Eriad.
Pour ouvrir un compte bancaire en Tunisie, il faut effectivement déclarer des devises lors de votre arrivée ici, à la douane qui vous remettra un document à remettre à la banque. Il n'y a pas de montant imposé ! Si vous choisissez d'ouvrir un compte avec 500 euros aucun problème, s'il y en avait un, changez de banque !!!
pour payer l'eau, soit vous vous rendez à la Sonede, soit vous payez à la poste, pour l'électricité et le gaz, c'est la Steg ou la poste, et dans tous les cas en espèces !
Le syndic, c'est également en espèces, le chequier est trés rarement utilisé en Tunisie, et le paiment par carte bancaire majoré de frais....
Une fois "expatrié" en tunisie, vous ne bénéficiez plus de la SS, il vous faut adhérer à la CFE, caisse des français expatriés, c'est une filiale de la SS. Il vous en coutera 3.5% de votre retraite (voir leur site www.cfe.fr)
Assurer ou non votre appartement, question délicate... quand je suis arrivé ici je l'ai fait, réflexe bien français,
depuis 1 an j'ai arrêté...à vous de voir, si vous êtes au dernier étage, attention aux infiltration par le toit, lors de fortes pluies, éventuellement... à vous de voir !
