L'Algérie est sur la liste des pays dont les ressortissants sont dispensés de la formalité de visa d'entrée au Maroc
La durée du séjour est limitée à trois mois, sauf démarches auprès des autorités locales pour l'obtention d'une carte de résident (il faut, pour cela, prendre l'attache du bureau des étrangers du Commissariat de la province de résidence).
- Conditions d'entrée au Maroc des ressortissants étrangers dont les pays sont dispensés de la formalités du visa : (voir liste ci dessous)
A- Pour les ressortissants étrangers arrivant ou débarquant au Maroc dans le cadre d’un voyage organisé :
le passeport en cours de validité, couvrant au moins la durée du séjour au Maroc, est exigé.
B- Pour les ressortissants étrangers arrivant ou débarquant au Maroc en individuel, en couple ou en groupe : Ils doivent être munis de passeports ou de tout autre document en cours de validité, reconnu par l’Etat marocain comme titre de voyage.
La réglementation marocaine en matière d’entrée au Maroc prévoit que tout étranger désireux de se rendre au Maroc doit être muni d’un passeport ou de tout autre document en cours de validité (3 mois minimum), reconnu par l’Etat marocain comme titre de voyage (Loi n° 02-03 du 11 novembre 2003, relative à l’entrée et au séjour des étrangers au Maroc).
p.s: pour travailler, il faut en principe une carte de résident, mais je ne sais si il y a une législation spécifique pour les Algériens.

Pour moi je voulai rester plus que 3 mois (+ que 3 mois la carte est faite pour 1 an renouvelable 3 fois 1 an et la 4eme fois 10ans) donc il m'a fallu:
aller à la préfecture de police de la ville ou tu habites avec:6 photosun certificat d'ouverture d'un compte en banque avec écrit le montant déposé (minimum 10000dh)un certificat de domicile (bail)un papier ou tu certifie sur l'honneur (si tu ne travaille pas encore) comme quoi tu ne travaille pas.un timbre de 60dh il me semble que c'est tout.
si j'oublie une chose je te réécrirai.

c'est vrai, excuse moi, la première fois il voulait que j'ai des versements de 700e par mois j'ai demandé à ma banque de me faire un papier (que j'ai eu par fax vu que j'étais au Maroc) pour des versements la personne m'a fait 4mois (en marquant sous réserve de suffisance de fonds, normal). j'ai eu ma carte au bout de 3 semaines je pense, pour la 2ème demande j'ai pas eu à faire ce papier, et je pense pour la 3ème ce sera pareil, j'èspère, et si je suis encore ici, car c'est dur de vivre au Maroc.
