Il vaut mieux investir dans ce que l'on connait, quand on se lance au Maroc. Lancer un business dans un secteur qu'on ne connait pas dans un pays où on a peu d'expérience professionnelle n'est pas une très bonne idée.

Chaussures de luxe pour qui ? Les Marocains ou l'export ? Pourquoi ce choix ? Ce n'est pas un secteur sur lequel le Maroc est particulièrement fort. S'il y a des gens qui font "du cuir" de bon niveau pour l'exportation, voire même du luxe, c'est plus dans la maroquinerie.
Pour l'agroalimentaire, là encore, c'est tellement vaste. C'est surtout un secteur extrêmement difficile si on veut faire dans le bio ou le haut de gamme, les appros ne sont pas sécurisés, la qualité varie énormément d'une production à l'autre, et les producteurs qui sont capables de livrer une qualité régulière exportent directement, sont rarement intéressés pour vendre sur le marché local (pas d'aides à l'export, pas de gros marchés, etc)
Si tu as des terres agricoles et que tu peux te lancer dans la culture, oui cela peut valoir le coup. Sinon, pas simple du tout.

quand je parlais de l'agroalimentaire je parlais de l'apiculture j'ai des terrains agricoles contenant des arbres d'olive , orange , .....sans expérience ce genre de projet je compte le réaliser inchalah avant la fin d'année
très bonne idée le miel, à condition que tu ne traites pas tes arbres avec des produits chimiques, les abeilles ne survivraient pas.
Fais nous signe (en privé) si un jour tu vends du miel bio certifié !

ça fait des années que je travaille avec des gens qui veulent s'installer au Maroc. La règle de base pour réussir : commencer par faire ce qu'on sait faire, être présent sur place, ne pas déléguer l'essentiel, le "core business". Je n'ai pas d'exemple de gens qui aient réussi en ne la respectant pas.

Pareil, connais tu le marché africain ? Même si le Maroc pousse fortement pour exporter en Afrique, il y a autant de différences culturelles entre le Maghreb et les pays d'Afrique Noire qu'entre l'Europe et le Maroc, le même risque pour les marocains d'être perçus comme des "néo-colonisateurs" (cf. les craintes sur l'entrée du Maroc dans la CDAO, le boycott de Maroc Télécom en Mauritanie, les tôles que se sont prises des entreprises marocaines au point de devoir fermer ou céder des filiales africaines...)
As tu fait une étude de marché pour voir si, sur les pays que tu cibles, les produits marocains sont perçus comme suffisamment qualitatif pour que les gens qui puissent acheter du "luxe" les préfère aux marques occidentales ?

Aïe... dans l'agricole, le luxe c'est le bio. Avec toutes les normes, les contraintes, les contrôles. Là plus encore que partout, il faut être sur place quasiment en permanence. Car le client étranger est nettement plus pointilleux sur les analyses, les certificats et la traçabilité que l'ONSSA.
Je te souhaite bonne chance. Mais je serais toi, je tenterais plutôt de mettre mes terrains en location-gérance que de monter un business sans aucune expérience du domaine.

en tout cas, chercher ses partenaires de business pour monter une affaire dans un domaine où on ne connaît strictement rien (c'est pas moi qui le dit), sans une étude de marché sérieuse, c'est la recette assurée du plantage, qu'on soit 100% marocain ou 100% martien
