I'm looking for a fellow biker to join me for part of a motorcycle road trip from the Jura to the Basque Country, then northern Spain, down to southern Portugal, and back through central Spain. I want to avoid big cities as much as possible and stick to small roads.
I'm retired, so I've got all the time in the world—the length of the trip isn't set and doesn't matter.
Ideally, it’d be another retiree like me so we can take it easy—no rush.
Planned for the second half of April and May 2026.
Hope to see you soon!

Hello,
Looking for a female travel companion to go to Thailand at the end of January 2026 for 1 month if possible.

Hi,
Woman, 42, from the Île-de-France region,
I’m looking for at least 2 pleasant travel companions for a roughly 2-week trip to Argentina in May 2026.
Buenos Aires, Salta, another city, and the northern part of Patagonia—somewhere it’s not *too* freezing yet, you know? ;)
Hotels, Airbnbs, or B&Bs. Ideally around 35-40 years old.
Don’t hesitate to message me! ;) See you soon, Kim

HELLO
I'm looking for a partner with a motorcycle (I have my own) to take a trip to Iraq in 2026. We can plan the route and details together—ideally not during the hottest period—and it’d help if you speak English, since I don’t and it’s a real handicap for me when traveling. I’m based in Brittany.

Hi there,
I’m heading to Patagonia from mid-November to mid-January. I’m looking for travel buddies who are used to backpacking in a simple, go-with-the-flow way: long hikes, treks, and of course some sightseeing.
From Buenos Aires down to Ushuaia, then back up to Santiago de Chile.
On a budget-friendly basis with youth hostels, camping, maybe some bivouacking, and occasionally a bit of comfort too.
The cost of living is high, both in Argentina and Chile: you’ll need to plan for a significant budget for two months.
I’m bringing my small tent, sleeping mat, and sleeping bag—all weighing just 2 kg—and a minimalist backpack for more freedom.
My flights depart from Basel; I live in Belfort.
I’m 57, passionate about mountain sports, and I also love cycling around the world.
Looking forward to sharing this trip!
Christine
I'm craving adventure and looking for a travel partner (any gender) for a destination that's as far off the beaten path as possible.
On my radar: China, Costa Rica, Namibia, Bolivia, Polynesia... and more!
Ideally, we'd leave in June or, at the latest, July.
Minimum of 2–3 weeks.
A mix of sightseeing, sports activities, and meeting locals.
Laurent, 55 years old
Hello everyone,
Foreword: I have the moral elegance to keep disparaging comments to private messages. I expect the same in return! I won’t engage with "camel" or "motorcycle" avatars.
Andalusia in all its glory—that’s what I’m offering to a companion who’d love to share every morning of the days to come with me... From Cartagena to Lagos (Portugal), roughly speaking, if I had to sum up my desires. More precisely, 5 to 7 days in each of these towns: Cartagena – Carchuna – Córdoba – Seville – Huelva – Lagos. Having been there twice and visited part of the region, I already have a good idea of what’s interesting or spectacular.
Knowing about the Moors’ historical presence isn’t essential, but it helps understand certain architectural features.
When? Departure between February 20th and 25th, 2026. Why this time? We’ll escape the gloom, rain, and chill that will have settled over France (I’m speaking for my region). Plus, no matter where you go, there’ll be very few tourists at this time, so queues are much shorter, and accommodation rates are at their "low season" prices! (We also gain about an hour of daylight at this latitude.) I’ve already done some research (tedious but necessary...) on 5 towns (Cartagena – Carchuna – Córdoba – Seville – Huelva) plus Lagos (Portugal) regarding accommodation—open to discussion to agree on which to choose.
Of course, I know what to see and do in each area. Up for debate...
Budget? I’d rather discuss that in person. For my part, I’m financially comfortable.
Temperatures: around 16°C during the day in Cartagena, about 18°C in Seville, and around 18°C in Huelva (maybe 1 or 2°C warmer), with very little rain!
Vehicle? A reliable, well-maintained Citroën van. It can carry 2 bikes so we can explore some stunning regional natural parks. Plus, we’ll visit some massive cities—I’m especially thinking of Seville! The driver? Very cautious.
My advantage? I speak the language well. It’s pretty much a must, otherwise, you’re guaranteed to feel down after 2 days (laugh).
Lunch: picnics more for the joy of being outdoors than to save money. Dinner at local restaurants or fondas.
Preference for a companion living within a 2-hour drive of Castres (81), to make meet-ups easier as we "get to know each other" and finalize plans. Exception: if you live within 25 km of La Roche-sur-Yon—I’m considering moving there.

Hi everyone! 😊
From June 30 to July 8, my friend and I are heading out for a 9-day trek around the Écrins National Park (nights in mountain huts/gîtes).
We’re looking for at least 4 motivated people to join the adventure!
👍 Good physical condition is a must: several days of hiking, elevation gain, and self-sufficiency on the agenda.
Friendly vibes, nature, and adventure guaranteed! 🌲🐻

Hi, I’m Ruben, I’m 22, live in the south of France, and I’m finishing my studies. I’d like to plan a trip for September-October or October-November. Since this would be my first long-haul experience, I’m a bit hesitant to go alone. So if anyone’s interested in traveling with me—or even sharing several parts of the trip together—I’m open to it. I don’t have any specific expectations. Age and gender don’t matter. I’m pretty mature, open-minded, and can hold a conversation or build a temporary friendship with just about anyone.
For this trip, my main interests will be: cultural visits, sports (personal hobby), nightlife, meeting locals, and fun activities.
DM me if you’d like more details. Thanks.

Just arrived in southern Gokarna, India—I know the area well if any forum members are there or about to head that way.
Maybe a meet-up to share tips, swap stories, or just have a good time talking about India? Leaving on 21/2/26.
Namaste 😊🇮🇳🇮🇳🙏
Hey fellow travelers,
I’m planning a little trip to Turkey from December 30th to January 11th, around Antalya and the surrounding areas. Sightseeing, some hiking, etc. Gonna soak up this beautiful region.
I also wanna check out Cappadocia in winter—it must be magical this time of year.
If anyone’s gonna be around, we could share part of the journey together.
See you soon!
Cheers,
Antoine
Hello,
I’m leaving between December 15 and 20, 2025, for about three months, with a first stop in Bali—but as short as possible because it’s way too touristy 😅
I’d like to head to the Moluccas Islands via East Timor. And also see what comes up along the way—Lombok, Gili, Flores… As this little route unfolds, nothing’s set in stone or booked in advance 😊
The advantage of Timor and the Moluccas is that the climate is different from the rest of Indonesia, so less rain.
Nothing’s fixed or booked ahead—just going with the flow, following encounters, everyone’s desires, and enjoying places that aren’t too touristy yet.
Beaches, snorkeling, hiking, and chilling out… Just enjoying life, really 😊
Interested? Get in touch—I’d love to chat about it! 😍

Hi there, we’re heading to Greece in **June 2026**. Trip will be around 15 to 21 days.
Looking for a friendly couple to join us.
We ride relaxed on our 1200 GS.
Open to any tips on routes, places to stay.
I’ll be in this beautiful country from January 25th to February 19th.
I’ve already booked my flights and chimpanzee treks.
I’m looking for one or more companions to share some great moments and also split taxi costs. No agencies or guided tours.
From Kampala to Murchison Falls and from Masindi to Budongo Forest for the chimpanzee trek.
Any travelers around from the 27th to the 29th?
hi everyone,
I’m planning to go skiing at Les Saisies from December 20 to 27 (I checked, it’s snowy in December and the prices are pretty reasonable).
If there are 2 or 3 of us, we can split the rental costs (I’ve been looking at studio/apartment rentals on Le Bon Coin since yesterday, they’re around 75 € per day, so about 580 € for the week, which we can split depending on how many of us there are).
For transport, we can carpool if possible, otherwise everyone can get there however they prefer. Personally, the train works for me—I checked, it’s a TGV from Paris to Albertville, then a frequent bus to the resort.
If you’re interested, send me a PM and let’s plan to meet up in Paris as soon as possible to choose, book, and pay for the accommodation together. Since the dates are coming up soon, I’d like to finalize the booking ASAP!
Looking forward to skiing together! Habib

Hello,
I’m looking for a travel companion to head somewhere sunny for a month around mid-January 2026. I’m retired, 66 years old, and I love traveling.
Why not return to Thailand, which I already know?!
Traveling with someone is just so much nicer!
If you’re interested, I’m open to any suggestions.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sylvie
We're leaving by car on January 5th for Saint-Louis, Senegal. On the itinerary: the Aéropostale stopovers, Banc d'Arguin National Park, Diawling Park, and Saint-Louis. We have one seat available for the outbound trip and two for the return around January 25th. Sharing road expenses. If you're interested, leave me a message.

Here I am, 80 years old with two trips to Egypt already under my belt, but I still dream of deserts and a bit of adventure. So, I’ve bought my flight ticket for March 4th, returning on the 18th (arrival in Cairo).
My itinerary:
05.03. GEM
06.03. FAYUM OASIS WITH THE VALLEY OF THE WHALES
07. & 08.03. WHITE AND BLACK DESERT
9 & 10.03. ALEXANDRIA, DEPARTURE IN THE EVENING FOR SIWA
11-13.03. SIWA, DEPARTURE IN THE EVENING FOR CAIRO
14-18.03. CAIRO
THE ITINERARY IS MORE OR LESS SET.
Since desert trips can’t be done alone, I’m looking for a travel companion (male or female) for these parts of the trip, but I’m also open to sharing the entire journey. Everything’s negotiable as long as everyone’s clear about what they do or don’t want to do. If anyone’s interested in this itinerary, you can contact me via private message so we can get to know each other and see if our plans align. Just so you know, these desert trips are done with a 4x4, driver, guide, and all the logistics that come with it. All of that comes at a price, which is quite high if you’re traveling solo—that’s why sharing makes sense. Plus, traveling as a pair or even a trio is great for sharing the emotions of the journey.
I’ve got a lot of travel experience, and even at 80, I’m still sharp and full of enthusiasm to start this trip, which I hope won’t be my last.
Looking forward to hearing from you, Mimi

Hi,
Everything’s already in the title ;) I’m looking for people who love partying and want to join me there during that time. I already know the place well, so no worries about figuring out what to do or where to go. See you soon!

Hi there,
With a local agency, we’re organizing a 12-day road trip across Uganda. Highlights include: safaris in national parks, encounters with mountain gorillas, chimpanzees, golden monkeys... Plus, discovering local culture and ethical activities...
There are 2 spots left (group of 6 people). Looking forward to chatting about this amazing trip. From February 15 to 26, 2026

Hi everyone.
I’m putting together my next trek project for the Khumbu Valley.
I was there this year in October-November and would love to go back, ideally in November 2026.
I’m planning the Three Passes trek, including the ascent of Lobuche and Island Peak. The intermediate summits like Gokyo Ri and Kala Patthar will also be part of the adventure.
I’ve already requested a quote from the agency I used this year. Prices vary depending on the number of people. To be honest, going solo with a guide and a porter costs me (excluding the FRANCE-NEPAL flight) 3200 € + $990 extra for the guide (insurance, bonuses). With two people, the price drops to 3000 €, and the $990 disappears. That suddenly makes it much more affordable.
I’d love to go with one or more other people for several reasons. The cost, of course, but also—and most importantly—because it’s way more fun to share this kind of adventure.
Just to clarify, I know this agency well. They’re very professional, French-speaking, and handle any issues that come up. It’s been tested and approved. The ideal time is really November. This year, we had a late monsoon when we left at the end of October, followed by exceptional weather. But a late monsoon means snow—Gokyo was completely snowed in, and the passes were extremely tricky.
The ideal timing is a full month door-to-door, so from France back to France.
Don’t hesitate—there’s plenty of time. I’m just planning to confirm the trip during the winter, around February/March 2026.
See you soon

Hi there,
I’m planning to leave Avignon around March 15 (± a few days) to follow the EuroVelo 6 all the way to the Black Sea. The trip should take about 3 months.
I’ll be riding a mechanical touring bike, no electric assist, and I’d like to keep a relaxed pace, between 50 and 80 km per day, depending on how I feel, the weather, and the people I meet along the way.
I’ve traveled by bike before, but never for this long—it’s a fun challenge I’m setting for myself, no pressure, just to enjoy the journey and the experience.
I’m simply looking for someone who shares the same vibe: taking it slow, riding without rushing, soaking in the landscapes, chatting when it feels right, and having quiet moments when needed… basically, a companion who values the spirit of travel over performance.
Indicative age: around mine (64 years old), but that’s not a strict rule—the main thing is sharing the same approach to travel.
If this adventure speaks to you, feel free to reach out directly at:

Looking forward to chatting! !
Hello,
Active and fit senior here—I’ll be in Thailand and neighboring countries for 3 months starting mid-December. I know these places well after spending many winters there over the years, but I’m not keen on traveling solo anymore, even though you do meet people along the way when you’re on your own.
I haven’t bought my flight ticket yet.
If you’d like to chat about it, I’d be happy to. Jeanette

Out of all my travels, I haven’t been to Vietnam yet. Does anyone have plans to visit the country?

I'm planning a trip to Australia for several months (duration to be determined). I want to rent a vehicle there and take the time to explore this continent-country. I'm looking for someone to join me and share the costs. Best regards, Robert
Hi everyone! For those who want to take this 18-day trip with an agency, we need to be 4 people to get the rate of 1720 €, which comes to 3000 € including the flight ticket and extras.
It needs to be after April because of the rain.
If you're interested (we still need 3 people), please send me an email.
See you soon!
