Overview

At the heart of the island, this vast desert area is home to the Teide Peak, which at 3,718 m is the summit of the Canary Islands. You can reach it by cable car or on foot. With its magnificent landscapes, the park is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is also crossed by the Carretera Dorsal, which offers stunning panoramas. Teide is one of the most visited national parks in the world.
