Driving a car in Casablanca

Driving in Morocco is super stressful—every Moroccan friend of ours has their own road rules. I’ve been in Tangier for two years now, and I rent a car sometimes to go to Casa. It’s not really my favorite thing to do in Morocco ;)

Hi Michelle, Driving on Moroccan roads isn’t stressful; like anywhere else, you just need to follow the rules of the road, and everything goes smoothly. That said, driving IN Casablanca is stressful (frequent traffic jams, lots of scooters and mopeds with often chaotic driving). It’s the same in Marrakech.
