A l'époque, je n'avais pas pris les coordonnées, et je n'ai noté aucune information et la banque a retiré l'affiche
Maintenant, je recherche activement les coordonné, j'ai fait des recherches sur google, rien à faire, je n'ai rien trouvé

Les Villas Baobabs est un lotissement en cours de finition réalisé par FINASEN SA, sur le Titre Foncier 243/DP à Mbao.
J'y ai acheté une parcelle, mais on peut aussi acheter une villa.

Pour un terrain ou une villa le pire est de consulter une agence (énormes spéculations) les prix sont 3 fois plus chére que partout ailleurs, le mieux est de venir sur place et faire un choix parmi plusieurs agences et faire jouer la concurrence, moi m^me constructeur au Senegal je n'ose pas achetez via certaine pub ou la réalisation des travaux sont quand même bien douteux.
Le prix pour une villa actuel est de 35 000 euros, le plus souvent terrain compris a savoir que les Baobabs, on y trouve des lotissememnts un peu partout sur tout le territoire entre autre a Saly, prés de M'bour.
