je suis à la recherche d'un poste d'assistante sociale dans le sud de la Réunion. On me dit que dans le secteur public, les "métro" ne sont pas toujours bien acceptés!
Je n'ai pas tellement envie de croire à ce genre d'histoires mais j'aimerais avoir l'avis de ceux qui en ont fait l'expérience.
Je recherche en priorité dans le secteur public. Pouvez-vous me dire s'il y a du boulot dans le social d'une façon générale, public ou privé?

je ne suis pas dans le secteur publique, mais je peux te conseiller d'aller faire un tour sur les forums www.iledelareunion.net et autres... tu te feras ton avis. concernant le mien, je te dirais que l'arrivée à la réunion est une immigration comme si tu changeais de pays, à partir de la un certain comportement s'impose et tout se passera bien.

salut moi je suis sur l'ile de la réunion depuis 30 ans, et je peux te dire qu'il n'y a pas de souci de race et de culture, la seul chose c'est qu il faut se respecter mutuelemnt, mais c vrai qu 'on a des apriories sur les metro, a cause des avantages, qui conserne le secteur du public, mais réunionnais et metro mélanger .
mais ne t'inquiet pas, ici tu seras tres bien acceuilli, mais a toi de faire ta place et de te fondre dans la population, , , , car ceux qui ton renseigner sont venue sur l'ile en tant que "conquerant" donc voila pourquoi, , ,

c'est aussi comme ça que je vois les choses et j'ai toujours du mal à entendre parler de racisme aux Antilles ou un mauvais accueil en Afrique...je pense que les gens ne peuvent s'empêcher de comparer avec leur petit confort européen mais au final, ces gens-là son certainement moins hospitaliés que toutes les populations qu'ils critiquent...!
pour ma part, j'ai absolument craqué pour la Réunion
je ne me fais pas de souci simplement je crois que ma recherche de boulot depuis la métropole ne va pas être simple.

slt je suis Réunionnaise et je peux te dire qu'il n'ya pas spacialemenrt de racisme ni la peur de l'autre ou alors peut-être euh je dirai comme partout un peu de méfiance mais pas méchant... Mais perso je suis ouverte si en face de moi j'ai quelqu'un qui veut connaître l'autre pas de prob... Et je dis que s'il veulent nous connaitre et comprendre tant mieux sinon ben c'est... ASSISTANTE SOCIALE ben fais gaffe car comme on te l'as déjà dit PRIORITE aux eleves qui ont eu leur cursus à l'I.R.T.S de st-Benoit... sinon des C.D.D ou remplacement c'est possible sans trop de problème.
Et si j'ai bien compris tu cherches une cmpagnie poentiel pour l'Afrique ben ça alors ça me tenterait bien même si dans un premier temps j'avais plutôt envisager à l'Asie du sud-est. ben on peut tjs en parler et on verra bien ...

alors soit j'arrive à le convaincre et on vient tous les 2 soit soit notre histoire ne marche pas et je viens seule....!
oui y'a aussi la possibilité que notre histoire marche mais qu'il ne veuille pas venir...celle-là, j'y pense pas trop !

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?
