Si quelqu'un revient du Barcelô, avant le 1 er janvier s v p m'en faire part. ^Ca semble complexe comme information mais j'aimerais savoir qui dit vrai?
J'ai recu un email de la chaîne barcelo et il me dise qu'ils vont recevoir des gens a partir du 25 décembre j'ai recu le message le 23 décembre. La piscine principale est 100 % fonctionnelle seulement la pataugeoire et le resto de grillade ne sera pas ouvert avant fin janvier début février. J'ai ensuite rappeller tour mont-royal qui m'ont confirmé que l'hôtel est disponible et que s'il y avait des inconvénient majeurs et que l'hôtel n'était pas habitable qu'on serait rediriger vers le Las Dunas l'hôtel 4. 5 étoiles juste a côté. Pour ma part j'étais sensé partir le 8 et finalement j'ai booké pour le premier. Par contre ce qui me dérange un peu, c'est que sur le site officiel de barcelo on ne peut pas réserver cet hôtel avant le 4 janvier.
Deux agents de voyages m'ont confirmé que l'hôtel avait reçu ses premiers clients le 25 décembre.
J'y étais du 16 au 23 novembre et il ne restait vraiment pas grand chose à faire. L'extérieur du restaurant grillades était complété, ils travaillaient à l'intérieur. Le problème c'est qu'il n'y a que quelques hommes qui y travaillent c'est pour cela que les choses ne bougent pas rapidement (gros max une dizaine d'hommes). Je n'ai vu personne travailler dans les 2 autres sections en construction. Je me disais que c'était parce que ce n'était pas possible de les voir de la plage mais à la vitesse où les choses bougent je crois qu'il n'y en a pas plus.
Mais cela ne m'a pas empêché de réserver hier du 12 au 19 mars 😉😉
Je dois dire que l'hôtel en lui-même ne m'attire pas du tout😐😐. J'ai adoré le Las Dunas mais il n'y a pas de pallapas et c'est primordial pour moi. J'avais donc décidé hier que je réservais pour le Royal Hydeaway sauf que je suis seule et avec le super spécial du Barcelo et seulement 100 $ de plus pour personne seule, cela m'aurait coûté 700 $ de plus pour le RH 🤪🤪🤪 On est pas tellement loin d'un 2ème voyage.
La plage et la mer sont de toute beauté, l'hôtel est neuf, il y a beaucoup de personnel expérimenté des autres hôtels qui vont y travailler, à mon avis la nourriture à Cuba est à peu près partout pareille, la boisson pas de problème 😊😊 alors tout est beau... du moins je l'espère car la dernière fois la température n'y étais pas du tout.
Voici des photos que j'ai reçue de l'hôtel qui date du 28 décembre dernier. J'ai reçu ses photos car je suis agent de voyage. Et oui, l'hôtel est bien ouvert depuis le 25 décembre et les clients qui sont présentement là-bas sont très satisfait et tout est fonctionnel. J'espère que cela pourra rassurer tout le monde. Moi même je serai au Barcelo du 15 au 29 janvier prochain. Je vous donnerai des nouvelles à mon retour.
Ça prenait que quelques photos pour enfin nous rassurer enfin... même si nous savons pertinemment que tout n'est pas encore fonctionnel, nous pouvons nous dire que le principal y est. Il ne manque que le soleil et la chaleur.
Je l'avais vu de la plage en novembre et je me disais que ce serait sûrement bien - un hôtel tout neuf - et j'ai réservé pour mars mais cela fait toujours du bien de pouvoir au moins en voir quelques photos.
je n'y suis pas allée encore et c'est pas moi qui a mis les photos tu te mélanges avec un autre. moi je pars demain matin pour le Barcelo et je reviens avec un résumé complet et pleins de photos le 8 janvier.

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
