Cela fait maintenant bientot 2 ans que je suis en Asie. Avec mon copain, nous aimerions bouger et l'on s'est dit pq pas la roumanie. On aimerait trouver une ville assez grande, assez touristique et sur la cote ms pas trop chere qd meme ou alors Bucarest. Nous somme sds l hotellerie et l on aimerait bien monter qqchose ms le choix de la ville ets complique car trop touristique ca ns va pas ms pas assez non plus...Dc si vous avez la moindre suggestion, elle sera la bienvenue.
Sans aucune hesitation la première ville qui me vient à l'esprit en lisant votre message est Constanta située sur la côte de la mer noire. Cette ville repond parfaitement à vos criteres à savoir assez grande et assez touristique avec une belle plage si ce n'est la plus touristique de Roumanie même si à la base le tourisme est en voie de developpement en Roumanie. Donc un bon projet dans le tourisme dans cette ville serait faisable et portera ses fruits.
Par contre, de mon point de vue je vous deconseille Bucarest.

merci, je m etais deja renseigne sur cette ville ms il me semblait que justement niveau touristique il y avait bcp bcp d hotel. Je me disais aussi que contrairement a bucarest peut etre, le tourisme serait tres saisonnier : bcp de gens l ete et personne l hiver. Bucarest me semblait plus approprie etant donne que l on pouvait avoir des clients tte l annee. Ai je raison? Pourquoi me deconseilliez vous bucarest?
Je vous en prie. Oui tout à fait vous avez raison, le tourisme est plutôt saisonnier à Constanta rayonnant en periode estival contrairement à Bucarest où c'est regulier toute l'année.
Si je vous deconseille Bucarest c'est parcequ'elle repond pas à vos criteres c'est la plus chère de Roumanie et la bureaucratie y est lourde je pense et personnelement j'ai pas apprecié la ville. Mais bon il y a des choses interessante à voir là-bas d'ailleurs on la surnommait jadis "le petit paris".
Sinon, il y a aussi Brasov la plus grande station de ski de l'Europe de l'est, c'est un centre touristique important mais là aussi c'est du tourisme saisonnier mais qui rapporte beaucoup économiquement.
Ou encore, il y a aussi Cluj-Napoca la ville où j'habite qui est la troisième grande ville de Roumanie. C'est plutôt une ville estudiantine trés agreable à vivre. Elle a comme atout d'être la porte de la fameuse region de Transylvanie.
Les hôtels y fleurissent rapidement ces derniers temps.
C'est une ville chaleureuse et cosmopolite en plein essor grâce aux etudiants et aux investisseurs étrangers.

Je ne sais pas encore a vrai dire....j ai regarde de nombreuses etudes et il semblerait que le tourisme de la Roumanie soit en chute libre depuis le debut des annees 90 ( - 20 %, tx de remplissage moyen des hotels = 34% ), cela me fait un peu peur meme si j ai de l experience en tant que manager d un hotel et que je peux apporter un produit de qualite a l offre deja existante je en sais pas si cela peut suffire..Le risque me semble tres eleve. Qu en pensez vous?

PS: j'ai oublié de mentionner aussi la ville trés touristique de Sibiu qui a su garder son charme médieval et nombre de monuments de l'époque et a d'ailleurs été classé capitale européenne de la culture en 2007.

En fait l Argentine on voulait s y installer a cause: du foot, de la langue facile a apprendre, la sympathie des gens, les paysages de fous !
et la Roumnanie: proximite avec la France, proche integration a la zone Euro, ils sont ds l union europenne, tourisme pas forcement tres developpe dc plus gde opportunites peute tre, langue latine, roumains sympas
En fait vu qu on est en Asie la, on sait maintenant ce que l on ne veut plsu ds un pays, il nous fallait un pays ou l on puisse parler la langue assez facilement ( j ai galere plus d un an avec le Viet et je galere depuis 8 mois avec le khmer). Une culture qd meme assez proche de la notre. Et en gros pouvoir etre amis avec tt le monde, ce qui n est pas forcement le cas au Cambodge ( le Vietnam c ets different): tres tres tres riche ou tres pauvre...dc des relations compliquees en perspective. Dc ces deux pays semblaient correspondre a nos exigences...Qu en penses tu en ce qui concerne la Roumanie? Nous faisons nous une fausse idee?
Je pense que la Roumanie regroupe non seulement les causes que vous avez cité à propos de l'Argentine mais aussi les causes la concernant.
En effet, en Roumanie le foot y est roi, la langue est à majorité latine et aussi facile à apprendre que l'espagnol (d'ailleurs on dit aussi : "salut", "merci", "déjà"...), gens trés chaleureux et facilement ouverts vers d'autres cultures, proximité de la France, beaux paysages (la Roumanie est à moitié rurale), zone euro (pour bientôt mais l'euro circule déjà), les roumaines sont splendides (mais là c'est plutôt un danger de couple😄😛)....
Et bien non vous vous trompez pas à propos de ce pays🙂
