Agé de 25 ans, en formation d'éducateur spécialisé, ayant une bonne connaissance de l'anglais (j'ai eu ce qu'on appelait autrefois un DEUG, titre scolaire inutile en fait...) et m'apprêtant à m'enfuir de notre hexagone vers octobre ou novembre prochain pour plusieurs mois dans un projet d'Art et Culture (J'ignore encore où, c'est la loterie du monde), j'ai quelques jours de disponible en juillet. Précisément du 17 juillet au 1er aout. Bon, je sais, c'est court, mais dans ce domaine d'activité, chaque jour est important non? Donc je suis ouvert à toute proposition (note vicieuse :non, pas ce genre de propositions...) et prêt à m'engager dans n'importe quel projet, que ce soit au niveau de l'entretien et préservation de la biodiversité, de l'environnement, de l'éducation, de l'encadrement...Enfin bref, grâce à cette accumulation, vous l'avez compris : Tout.
Je sais que je m'y prends tardivement, mais mieux vaut tard que jamais.
Et si jamais vous habitez non loin de Saint-Omer, dans le PAs de Calais (les commentaires relatifs au laborieux Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis sont malvenus...), vous comprendrez qu'il est préférable de partir de cette partie de notre pays et de trouver n'importe quel prétexte pour déserter les lieux.
Donc je suis vraiment ouvert à tout. Faites moi quitter cette ville. Et permettez moi d'être utile à quelqu'un, ou à une institution. La diversité, c'est l'essence du monde.

Le site http://www.planetngo.org est récent, mais on peut déjà y trouver quelques missions à réaliser pour de petites ONG avec qui vous pouvez vous mettre directement en contact.
Au fur et à mesure des inscriptions des ONG sur le site, de nouvelles missions seront proposées.
Vous pouvez vous aussi faire connaître des associations (près de chez vous ou à l'autre bout du monde) sur PLANET'NGO en devenant rédacteur.

J'ai 18 ans et cette année j'ai passé les concours d'éducateur spécialisé (que j'ai réussi), comme je voulais faire de l'humanitaire j'ai passé les concours par le cned et j'ai pu partir 1 mois travailler dans un orphelinat pour garçon au Sri Lanka. L'organisation avec laquelle je suis partie s'appelle Projects abroad. C'est une super organisation qui propose des projets divers et variés (humanitaire, écovolontariat, enseignement, archéologie...) dans pas mal de pays du monde (Mexique, Pérou, Roumanie, Thaïlande...). I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

After 8 months of volunteering in Tanzania at a center for street children, I’d like to go back for a year in the same kind of role—this time in Burkina. Solidafrica is a recognized humanitarian association of general interest. We donate wheelchairs in Africa. We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
