Je fait partie d'une troupe de pionniers de Belgique, la 16ième, et nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un projet humanitaire pour l'été 2010. Nous sommes une troupe de 15 garçons agées de 16 à 18 ansncadrée par 4 chefs. Si quelqu'un a un projet, ou une piste de projet (il ne faut pas spécialement un projet déjà tout fait) ou encore un site web qui en propose, ce serait super de le poster ici.

L'Association Humanitaire Franco-Burkinabè a un projet de finition d'une école dans la zone de Bobo-Dioulasso.

Un camp vacance sans paludisme est organisé pour cet été;un camp vacance réboisement puis du soutien scolaire.

AFRICA HOPE comme son nom l’indique est une organisation non gouvernementale (association loi 1901) qui se propose d’œuvrer à la restauration de l’espoir des Africains, en particulier celui du peuple béninois. Avec pour siège social la ville de Porto-novo (Capitale administrative du Bénin), nous participons à la promotion des initiatives visant une amélioration des conditions de vie des populations, en particulier les couches défavorisées et vulnérables. Nos domaines d’intervention sont les suivants : Education – Santé – Agriculture – Environnement - Assistance aux OEV – TIC.
Pour l’atteinte de ces objectifs, AFRICA HOPE se veut de constituer un réseau international (sans distinction de sexe, de race, de religion ou de culture) de jeunes bénévoles actifs et dynamiques qui veulent consacrer un peu de leur temps pour servir les autres. Pour ce faire, différentes missions sont proposées à toute personne désireuse d’accompagner le processus de développement de l’Afrique à travers l’amélioration du bien-être des populations à la base.
Toute l’équipe de AFRICA HOPE ONG et l’ensemble des populations partenaires se mettent entièrement à votre disposition pour vous accompagner dans votre décision de séjourner au Bénin pour y concrétiser votre action de volontariat.
Nous avons programmé pour l'été 2010 des camp-chantiers qui se présentent comme suit:
- Camp-chantier de Dangbo (loisirs pour enfants en situation difficile et construction de cuisine au profit ducentre de récupération nutritionnelledes enfants orphelins et abandonnés de l’orphelinat CODES)
- Camp-chantier de Houéli (soutien scolaire et montage de projet de construction de salles de classe)
- Camp-chantier de Porto-Novo (formation en conception et montage de micro-projets au profit des jeunes et formation/initiation à l’outil informatique pour les scolaires)
- Aussi des actions humanitaires

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

After 8 months of volunteering in Tanzania at a center for street children, I’d like to go back for a year in the same kind of role—this time in Burkina. Solidafrica is a recognized humanitarian association of general interest. We donate wheelchairs in Africa. We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
