Nous revenons tout juste du Brisas Covarubias pour 7 jour. Nous étions 4 perssones et arrivons samedi soir . Arrivé à l'aéroport de Holguin, mon amis n'a pas reçu sa valise... Nous remplissons la paparasse, et partons à l'hotel. Aussitot, que j'ouvre mes valises, je réalise que je me suis faite voler mon appareil photo et 15 Pesos de mon dernier voyage. Nous avisons aussitot le représentant de Caribe Sol des problèmes avec nos bagages le soir même. Le lendemain ( Dimanche ), il nous dit que les bagages de mon amis va arriver ce soir. Je demande également de faire un rapport pour le vol dans mes valises. Étant donné la taille de mon amis, impossible de lui trouver un costume de bain à sa taille... Mais étant donné que les valises sont suposé arrivé le soir même, il attend.
Devinez quoi, le soir même, les bagages n'arrive pas. Il nous dis demain matin, et le lendemain matin, il nous dit ce soir. et ainsi de suite jusqu'a ce que les bagages arrive jeudi soir... 6 Jour sans valises et à se faire niaiser... Pour le rapport, je lui ai dit 4 fois avant qu'il décide enfin de me le donner...
Le représentant n'est d'été aucune aide. Nous avons du appelé à Québec pour avoir l'heure juste...
Ce n'est pas dutout le genre de vacances qu'on aurait souhaiter. Se stresser en vacances c'est pas génial... Je sais me contenter de peu et ai voyager souvent dans des hotel bas de gamme à cuba mais là c'était trop!
Esce que ce genre d'expérience vous a déjà arriver? Qu'avez vous faites? Avez vous reçu conpensation?

Malgré vos malheurs, est-ce que l'hôtel, la plage en vaut la peine car j'ai un ami qui ne jure que par Brisas Covarrubias . Il me dit que je ne regrettera pas d'y aller quitte à me rembourser . Dois-je lui donné raison ?

Oui, c'est une très belle place! Mais Omar le représentant est très charismatique mais c'est un gros Zéro. Aucun service... Autrement, le seul point très plate est que l'eau coupe sans arrêt.

Non pour la simple et bonne raison que prévenir vaut mieux que guérir.
Les bagages cabine ca sert a quoi ? Argent, objets de valeur, trousse de soins corporels et vêtements de base pour survivre 3 jours sont toujours dans nos bagages cabines.
J'ai vécu expérience de perte de bagages via un ami de voyage et oui il sont arrivés 5 jours plus tard et oui il a du vivre avec ce qu'il avait sur le dos plus des prêts de vêtements de la part de plusieurs voyageur. Un bon souvenir car le soir il se découvrait une nouvelle garde robe et ne portait pas des choses qu'il n'avait pas l'habitude de porter 😏😏😏
Pour sa part, il a recu une compensation de 100 $ pour s'acheter de quoi, mais a Cuba ... Enfin la chemise hawaienne lui allait bien...😏😏😏

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
