Je me nomme Yannick Richard, jai 15 ans, et je vis au Quebec. Je suis presentement aux etudes dans un programme deducation international. Je voudrais comme projet personnel faire un stage humanitaire nimporte ou dans le monde pou environ deux semaine a trois semaine en hiver 2007. SVP ! Aidez moi, je trouve cela tres difficle de cy retrouver...
Moi aussi je suis a la recherche d'information concernant l'aide humanitaire, si tu a des nouvelles sur ce coté la fait moi signe . On habite tous les deux le Québec on peut sentraider😉
Je me présente, Maxime Lelièvre, 18 ans. Je vis moi aussi au Québec et j'ai aussi terminé mon secondaire au programme international (à la Polyvalente St-Jérôme). Alors, je comprend bien ce qu'est un projet personnel! Ton idée est vraiment extra! Le fait d'aller aider des gens dans le besoin est vraiment une action incroyable! Cependant, je ne veux pas te décourager mais bon... l'humanitaire à l'étranger... ce n'est pas donner niveau monétaire... Il y a le billlet d'avion, la nourriture, le logement, etc... Tout ça reste à voir, bien sûr... tu pourrais toujours trouver une assoc. qui vous héberge gratuitement, quelque chose du genre. Ce que tu pourrais faire aussi, c'est d'organiser un voyage humanitaire (avec l'aide d'associations) et le proposer à des jeunes de ton école. Il vous faudra un acompagnateur majeur, bien sûr. L'école pourra surment te donner un certain montant (d'habitude il y a un budget pour ce genre de projets).
Autre solution: On a toujours l'habitude de se tourner vers les pays les plus démunis pour penser à l'humanitaire... par contre, tu pourrais trouver au Québec des associations qui oeuvrent dans ce domaine! Et oui, il y a des gens, des villages qui ont encore besoin d'aide de nos jours. Je pourrai te refiler le contact d'une connaissance qui connait plein d'assos. au Québec qui se feraient une joie de t'acceuillir!!!
Bref, tout ça c'est du travail, un excellent projet, une expérience inoubliable! Alors, on s'en donne des nouvelles!!! Je serai là pour t'épauler... parce que c'est un GROS projet!!!

En fait, lidee est vraiment de quiter le Qubec pour un stage daide humaniaire dans un pays en voie de construction mais si tu peux me filer des contacts au quebec lidee ne serait pas mauvaise. pour les billets davion et tout pas de probleme, jai les sous... Sinon le fait davoir un autre personne dite ( acompagnateur ) serait interessant pour un projet de groupe... serait tu interesser a etre accompagnateur ?.

Mais je tient a dire qun stage international se rapprocherais plus de mes attentes...
lol! Je comprend très bien ton désir de vouloir faire de l'humanitaire à l'étranger! Je suis moi même aux prises avec ce projet... mais là, si tu as l'argent, il n'y a plus aucuns problèmes ;-). Ça sera super!!! Au fait, j'ai travaillé avec une association au Burkina Faso. Je connais le fondateur et tout et tout... Tout ce qui aurait à faire, c'est amassé de l'argent. je vous félicite de prévoir beaucoup de temps à la planification de votre projet avant même de partir. Hiver 2007... celà vous donne donc plus d'un an et demi pour vous préparer à un tel voyage. Voilà ce que je te suggère Yannick et à ceux qui abonderont dans le même sens que toi. Regroupez vos efforts pour former un groupe ayant les même buts; choississez vos priorités. Par ailleurs, le groupe ne devrait pas dépasser 11 personnes. En étant un petit groupe, il est plus facile de faire du financement pour de trouver les fonds nécessaire (campagnes de financement). Plusieurs projet vous seront ensuite accessibles: projet de travaux volontaire, travail coopératif dans la réfection d'école, projet de sensibilisation dans un domaine particulier, etc. Je pourrai, si vous le désirez, vous rencontrer à ce sujet. Dans plusieurs programme, des accompagnateurs accompagnent les groupes afin de favoriser la transculturisation, les visites et l'aspect administratif du voyage.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

After 8 months of volunteering in Tanzania at a center for street children, I’d like to go back for a year in the same kind of role—this time in Burkina. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
