Bonjour, j'ai une demande de mutation en Martinique en cours qui a de fortes chances d'aboutir pour le 1er sept 2011, mon travail se situera à l'une ou l'autre adresse mentionnée dans le titre. J'ai beaucoup lu sur la Martinique et je me demande quel est l'endroit stratégique ou il faut s'installer sachant que :
- ma femme me suit et ne travaillera probablement pas
- j'ai deux enfants (6 ans et 3 ans et demi)
- nous aimons plutôt la nature que la ville pour vivre
- ce que j'ai lu sur les embouteillages m'effraie un peu...
De toutes mes recherches, j'en ai conclu que j'avais 4 options possibles ou orienter mes recherches de logement :
- le bourg des Trois Ilets en faisant les trajets en navettes bateaux me paraît une des meilleurs options car bien que trés touristique, le village n'en reste pas moins agréable, avec toutes les commodités, (d'aprés ce que j'ai lu) et aller tous les jours bosser en bateau... c'est quand même plus sympa que dans les bouchons. Est-ce qu'il y a des gens qui font ça sur ce forum qui peuvent m'en parler ? Du débarcadère, combien de temps faut-il pour rejoindre à pied la ZAC ou Roy Cluny ? Y'a t'il des bus ?
- Scoelcher est apparemment la solution la plus rationnelle mais les loyers sont trés élevés (mon budget sera de 1200 - 1300 euros a peu prés mais on aurait aimé une maison)
- La Trinité, Le Robert ou Le François m'ont l'air fort sympathiques, authentiques et moins chers. Pb : il y pleut plus souvent et le temps de trajet rique d'être long.. combien de temps faut-il aux heures de pointe ?
- Enfin, il y a Le Carbet qui m'a l'air bien authentique mais qu'en est-il de la durée du trajet ? y'a t'il tout ce qu'il faut dans ce bourg ? Y'a t'il une offre de locations en maisons ?
Bref, si vous avez des infos sur ces endroits, de meilleures pistes de recherches, je suis preneur de toute info. Merci d'avance à tous les Martiniquais (et aux autres...) qui auront la gentillesse de me répondre. Pascal.
Quelques éléments de commentaires à tes pré-choix:

Le bourg est très très petit et pAs très commercial, éventuellement à la pointe du Bout. Tu risques d'avoir à aller en voiture au ponton...
A pieds, il faut compter dans la bonne voire très bonne demie-heure pour chacun des deux lieux. Donc il faudra prendre le bus. Pour l'Etang z'Abricot, il y a une navette spéciale. Voir les bus Mozaïk. Il y a aussi le reste du Sud...

C'est une des possibilités les plus proches (surtout de Plateau Roy). Après tout dépend ce que vous voulez comme maison...

Du Robert, disons une base de 45 minutes à 1 heures pour l'Ez'A (le plus proche). Des autres communes, il faut rajouter...

Il faut envisager une base de 45/60 minutes. c'est un petit village...
Mon conseil de base: venir voir ou attendre d'être sur place pour vous décider... et vous faire à l'idée que sauf à habiter en toute proximité, vous aurez du temps à passer dans la voiture...
A mes réponses précédentes, j'ajouterai que la plupart des gens utilisant la navette bateau pour aller de Trois-Ilets à FdF travaillent dans le coeur de FdF. Pour les autres, le temps d'attente des bus et le re-trajet en bus peut rendrent ce moyen de transport peu intéressant. D'autant plus qu'il est limité dans le temps (soir).
Pourriez-vous m'indiquer (a peu prés bien sûr ) les temps de trajets aux heures de pointe entre les villes suivantes et Fort de France (dans le sens ville-FdF le matin et FdF-ville le soir) :
Schoelcher, St Joseph, Gros Morne, le Lamentin, Ducos, Saint Esprit, Rivière Salée, Ste Luce, Le Diamant, Trinité, Le Robert, Le François. J'ai l'impression que le choix de communes pour être raisonnable en terme de durée de transport s'arrête là.
La N4 est-elle aussi bouchée que la route du sud ? Est-ce un bon plan de passer par là quand on est à Trinité, Robert ou Gros Morne ?
A votre avis, pour des métros fraichement implantés, vaut-il mieux être en ville ou à la campagne (notamment pour la bonne adaptation des enfants), sachant que nous souhaitons privilégier la qualité de vie mais qu'il faut un minimum de commodités en terme de commerces, écoles, médecins etc... et que le temps de trajet ne dois pas excéder 1 heure ?

Il est clair que de toute façon, il vaut mieux choisir son logement une fois surplace, le seul pb, c'est qu'il faut quand même savoir quoi déménager (pour la caisse maritime) sans connaître le type de logement qu'on va trouver, meublé, non meublé ? maison, appart ?
Il m'est très difficile de te répondr eà ta question pur les durées. Parfois, dans un même quartier le temps peut être du simple au doble car tu as un stop au bout de tarue déversant sur une voie très apssante et l'autre pas !!!
QQs réponses toutefois, données sur des temsp moyens hors travaux ou accidents:
Schoelcher: tout dépend d'où tu pars... et où tu vas... car tu peux habiter en toute proximité de Plateau Roy. Il faut compter une bonne demie-heure pour descendre la Rocade de Schoelcher vers L'EzA.
Le Lamentin, tout dépend d'où tu pars...
Rivière Salée vers L'EzA, je mets en moyenne 35 à 45 minutes le matin (en partant vers 6h15) Pour les autres communes du Sud , tu rajoutes le temps d'arriver à RivSal.
La route du Robert est maintenant plus bouchée que celle du Sud... Idem pour celle venant du François.
Je dirai que si tu veux réduire tes temps de tajets au minimum, si tu travailels à Plateau Roy je te conseille d'habiter à Schoelcher ou dans le secteur.
Si tu travailles à L'EzA je te conseille d'envisager Le Lamentin ou le secteur mais en choississant bien ta rue...
Les commodités de vie il y en a partout...
Après ce sont des choix personnels. Certains préfèrent habiter en zone centre pour être en ville et d'autres en petites communes. La majorité des métros ayant le choix (certains fonctionnaires ne l'ont pas toujours) optent pour les petites communes: mer, plages, activités...
Donc, sur les - de 10 000 résidents en Martinique, il y en a qqs centaines dans les communes de Sainte-Luce, Diamant, Trois-Ilets, Robert, Trinité...

moi aussi j'ai fait une demande et elle est acceptée. Comme vous j'ai plein de questions. Je ne sais pas encore ou je travaillerai mais j'ai quelques préférences de villes, proches des vôtres. Je trouvais les 3 Ilets trop touristiques à mon gout mais il faut avouer que l'endroit est bien pratique et la position assez centrale. Je pense que j'y habiterai dans un 1er temps.
On pourrait monter un groupe des arrivants de sept 2011 et partager les infos concernant le déménagement, la voiture, les recherches de logements, les transports sur place...

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
