J'ai réservé une voiture chez Malagacar.com pour un mois (mi-mars/mi-avril). C'est la première fois que je loue une voiture en Europe. J'ai pris le full-pack assurance pour ne pas avoir de souci peu importe ce qui arrive. On nous réserve une IBIZA FABIA automatique (??) pour 567 euros. Lors de la réception de la confirmation j'ai été surprise. Ma confirmation est en anglais (alors que j'ai fait ma réservation en français) et on dirait qu'on n'a pas la même vision du FULL. Voici ce qui est écrit :

THE RENTAL PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Insurance excess and damages to tyres, rims, hubcaps, side mirrors, windows, locks and the bottom of the vehicle. An additional insurance is available to cover the aforementioned damages at (in the case of not taking out the insurance offered in the previous point, at the time of picking up the vehicle, Malagacar.com reserves the right to charge the Excess amount as a deposit which will be returned to the client at the end of the contract if the vehicle is returned in the same conditions. Otherwise you will be charged according to the damage up to the amount marked in the attached chart).
Je ne suis pas parfaitement bilingue, mais de ce que je comprends, si on a un accident et que la voiture est endommagée, nous ne sommes nullement couverts par les assurances indiquées de Malagacar.com ?
Pouvez-vous me dire si c'est ainsi pour toutes les cies de location ?
Comme ma carte de crédit comprend une assurance collision-dommages lors d'une location de voiture, je ne serai pas obligée de prendre leurs assurances complémentaires. Mais peuvent-ils me demander un dépôt même si j'aurai avec moi une preuve d'assurances complémentaires ?
Aussi, s’il arrivait un dommage, doit-on payer la réparation avant de sortir du pays ou si notre preuve d’assurances fera en sorte qu’on ne soit pas obligé de le faire ?
