Hi there, We're planning to spend 2 to 3 weeks in South India (Kerala) in January or February 2025. We'd like to use a travel agency to help us make this trip happen. Can you recommend a reliable agency that can tailor a trip to our needs? Thanks! 😊

I’m currently in Alleppey, where I spend 4 to 5 months every year (this year, I’ll take a week-long trip to Sri Lanka from January 12 to 19, 2025, to reset my Indian visa counter—mandatory 90-day limit). My Indian friends own a guesthouse here (I’m also a co-owner, but it’s mainly my home in South India). We have a few taxis and drivers we’ve been working with for years to organize small tours around South India (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka) for French travelers who ask us (we also have Indian clients, but their requests are different). If you’re interested, feel free to DM me for more details.

Hi there, I highly recommend Moise, who organizes a lot of trips and stays in Kerala and is very well-regarded. Plus, he’s French-speaking—I’ve known him for 20 years. After working for a French humanitarian association and leaving India when it did, he decided to start his own travel agency. He’s really appreciated for his reliability, knowledge, and professionalism. I’ve attached his business card for you. Happy to help, Colette

Good evening, Yes, Moïse is really nice and, most importantly, speaks excellent French. I took a 3-week trip from Chennai to Cochin. That was 7 years ago.

Thanks for your feedback... Yes, he’s a pro, and we met while he was working for a French humanitarian association based in Pondicherry (a sister organization to mine, which still exists). When they left India, I strongly encouraged Moïse to start a business in tourism since he had a small car, his driver’s license, and his French language skills were a huge plus. Despite his initial hesitation (I’d already found him his first client), he took on the challenge, and things turned out really well. I’ll be seeing him again in Pondy in early January, and I’m already looking forward to it!🙂
