Depuis plusieurs semaines je rêve de croissants au beurre, de pains au chocolat, de chaussons au pomme, d'éclairs au chocolat, de profiteroles, de pain au levain, de frangipane, de millefeuilles ou de flan.
Il n'existe aucun boulanger-pâtissier digne de ce nom dans cette ville de plus de 6 millions d'habitants. La population de cette ville est très cosmopolite et la demande est considérable! Le succès d'une nouvelle installation serait garanti.
Je paierai de ma personne pour que cette installation réussisse...

Il me semble ne pas avoir préciser le but précis de notre venue mais je pense (et surtout j'espère) que cela fera plaisir à tous les amateurs de boulangerie française, en effet, mon ami a été recruté afin de monter une autnentique boulangerie "à la française" sur Bangalore qui devrait ouvrir d'ici octobre voir novembre.

Biensûr ! tu seras convier à l'inauguration via un carton d'invitation virtuel mais quand à la date exacte, nous restons au rythme indien donc le mystère reste presque entier !

Apres des mois et des mois d'attentes (desolee Lukasks....) et de preparation, il ne reste que quelques details (installer les machines) a regler au moins pour commencer la production, l'ouverture du mall est prevue pour avril mais je doute... par contre il est prevu l'ouverture de differents points de vente a travers la ville (restons prudents en ce qui concerne les dates d'ouverture et la localisation) des que j'ai plus d'infos (concretes et sures a 100%) je les transmettrais.
On aimerait bien mais nous ne decidons rien en ce qui concerne les destinations.
L'entreprise pour laquelle on travaille voudrait bien ouvrir d'autres boulangerie ailleurs mais etant donne le temps que prend les choses ici....enfin restons positifs et peut etre qu'il y aura une avancee spectaculaire !

Un Français, un boulanger, s'était associé avec un indien qui avait monté "Hotbread" à Pondy, après quelques années, quand la chaîne s'est développé, il a du repartir de l'inde avec toute sa famille, en laissant tout, mais en laissant l'Affaire à l'indien, avec le savoir-faire en plus, les produits améliorés, des investissement réalisés, etc...Ca arrive si souvent que l'associé blanc reparte épuisé au bout de quelques années, que beaucoup de blancs installés en Inde et de business men indien compte la dessus confortablement.Quand les problèmes arrivent, c'est le jackpot pour eux..Avant de faire quoi que ce soit, svp, vivez quelques mois dans le pays...Et dites vous que cela sera pire avec un travail 🙂
